Multifactor Authentication App installation and ERP Registration Steps

You can install any of the popular available Authenticator Apps on your mobile viz.,(1) Google
Authenticator or (2) Microsoft Authenticator etc

Please follow the steps below to set up either of the mentioned authenticators on your mobile

Authenticator Installation

For Android mobile users, use the link below for

MFA Registration for ERP Login

Step 1: Once enter into https://newerp.kluniversity.in/ Click on 'MFA Registration?' on the


Login Page.

Step 2: Enter your ERP username and click the 'Send' button. You will receive a link at
your registered email address.

Step 3: Click on 'Verify' link that is received on your email , further you will receive an OTP
at your registered email address.
Step 4: Enter the OTP that is received on your registered email and click the 'Get QR Code'
button to receive a QR code to scan.

Step 5: Open your Installed Authenticator app on your mobile, and 'Scan the QR Code.'
displayed on the ERP Screen. After scanning, the app will generate a 6-digit code that
refreshes every 30 seconds. Enter the code and click the 'Submit' button. You will be
redirected to the ERP login page.

Step 6: On Login screen, enter your username, password, and captcha, then click the
'Login' button. A text box will prompt you to enter the MFA code which is generated in the
Authenticator App (Note the code refreshes every 30 seconds

Step 7: After entering the MFA code, click the 'Login' button again. You will be redirected to
your ERP home page.
