It has been decided to conduct the 2nd Hubballi Open Shooting Championship-2022,

from 15th May 2022 to 22 2nd May 2022 in NR, ISSF and Open Challenge in Air Rifle and
Air Pistol on Electronic Target and open sight rifle at Shooting Academy Range, Near
Tatwadarsha hospital, behind kallur petrol pump, Laxmi colony, Hubballi-580031
Hubballi with a
view to promote sports shooting game among the young generation.

Associations/Units/Clubs/Institutions are invited to encourage shooters to participate

in the competitions as per the enclosed program.
The competitors, managers and coaches are requested to go through the following
instructions carefully for their own convenience and to ensure smooth and successful
Conduct of the competitions.

We are conducting O
Open Challenge shooting competition in both Rifle & Pistol events.

Shooters have to make their own arrangements for stay during the period of
competitions.

I. Matches:

1. The competitions will be conducted according to ISSF and NRAI rules and regulations.

2. Matches will be conducted 11 lane SUIS electronic scoring target system for Air Rifle
and Air Pistol events. Open sight competitions will be conducted in the Paper Target.

3. Shooters who have participated in National/International shooting competitions are

eligible to participate only in ISSF matches (60 shots) and fresh shooters are allowed
to participate in NR matches only (40 shots). Open sight competition will be conducted
for 30 shots.

4. Competitions will be conducted in individual and team events. Unlimited number of

teams can be formed per Association/Clubs and will be allowed in each event. Final
entry of the team events to be submitted latest by previous day of the start of the
match.

5. We are conducting 10 Meters air rifle peep sight and Air pistol Open Challenge
Event from combined
d list both men and women of ISSF & NR.
6. For open challenges cup only Decimal scores will be considered for peep sight Air Rifle
qualification event (NR & ISSF) in first 40 shots.

7. Cash prize is given in individual events only. Team events will not be awarded with cash
prize.

8. Medals and certificates will be issued for first three places in all events.

II. Eligibility of Junior, Youth, Sub Youth, Master and Senior Master.

1. Shooters who are below 21 years of age are considered for junior events and who are
below 19 years are considered for youth events and those are below 16 years are
considered for sub youth. Age will be considers as on 29th May 2022.

2. All competitors entering for junior/youth events must attach copy of age proof
certificate along with their entry form.

3. Sub youth shooters are allowed to participate in youth, junior and senior events. Youth
shooters are allowed to participate in junior and senior events. Junior shooters are
allowed to participate in senior events.

III. Entry form and Fee

1. Entry form is enclosed. Entries will be accepted through respective

Associations/Units/Clubs/Institutions with prescribed fee.

2. Entry fee should be remitted by Bank Draft in favor of Hubli Sports Shooting
Academy, payable at Hubli along with entry form. Entry fee can also be paid on
Google pay, Phone pay on Phone Number 9916016703.

3. Entry form along with the entry fee should be delivered to this academy on or before
10th May 2022. Late entries will be accepted up to 13th May 2022 with three times of
entry fee.

4. Entry may also be sent by mail at email: [email protected] along with

the proof of the fee payment.

5. Entry fee is neither refundable nor transferable/adjustable from one match to other
or one event to other or one competitor to other.

6. Protest fee is Rs.500/- (Five hundred only). The fee will be returned if the protest is
upheld and retained by this academy if the protest is lost.
 IV. Participation

1. No weapons will be provided to the competitors by this academy. Pellets will be made
available against payment if available in academy.

2. Open sight rifle weapon will be made available on payment of Rs.300/-(Rs.Three

hundred Only) per weapon per competitor.

3. All shooters should carry their shooter ID or any government approved ID

V. General

1. All participants are requested to go through the instructions carefully and ensure strict
compliance.

2. All participants are expected to obey the rules and regulations for the competition, with
strict discipline on and off the shooting ranges.

3. In case of non-participation by the competitors after submission of their entries, entry

fee will not be refunded.

4. All the matches will be conducted with the proper equipments and dress code in
accordance to the NRAI & ISSF rules and regulations. So shooters are requested to go
through the rulebook.

5. The organizers will have the right to close/withdraw any match/s in case of any
emergency or otherwise without assigning any reason for such an action on their part.

6. The decision of judges/Jury is final in all disputes.

7. All shooters have to maintain range discipline and obey the orders of range
officer/officials.

8. Parents are not allowed to interfere in the decision of Judges/Juries.

VI. Individual and Team medals will be awarded as under:

1. 3 medal where there is a minimum of 4 entries.

2. 2 medal where there is a minimum of 3 entries.

3. 1 medal in case there is a minimum of 2 entries.

4. No medals in case there is a single entry.

Important: Our range capacity is 200 shooters in Rifle and 200 shooters in Pistol.
Hence first 200 shooters entries in Rifle and first 200 shooters in Pistol entries will be
allowed for the competition. (One shooter can give entry for all eligible categories)
Note:
 Finals will be conducted only for open challenge cup selected from men and
women common ranking of NR & ISSF.
 Matches will start from 07.00 am every day.
 Details of matches will be put on notice board before one day of the start of the
match
 Shooter who needs training may arrive one or two days before to the shooting
range at their convenience.
 Program is subject to change, if any will be notified at the venue.
 Those shooters given entry in ISSF and Open Challengers Match, First forty
shoots decimal score will be considered for open challenger cup in qualifications
round in rifle events.
 30 shots match will be conducted in open sight rifle events in pistol targets and
without jacket with 5 shots in each target.
 In case of more participants, program will be extended by one more daywhich
will be informed.
