General Terms & Conditions

In Air Cargo Min-Payload is 3 kgs


In Surface Cargo Min- Payload is 3 kgs.
On the above stated rates 15% Fuel Surcharge & 18% GST will be extra.
Cod/Fod charged in 200/-rs.minimum & invoice value 2% in higher amount
.PICK UPS AND DELIVERIES WILL BE AFFECTED ON ALL WORKING DAYS.
PAYMENT HAS TO BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF SUBMISSION OF BILLS.
DTDC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, SHORT DELIVERY, DELAYED DELIVERY ETC. DUE CAUSE REASONABLY BEYOND
CONTROL OF DTDC
PAYMENT WILL BE MADE IN FAVOUR OF A.R ENTERPRISES

Insurance Charges
 If the Cargo is not insuredby the customer (carrier risk 2% of invoice value + gst of 2%).
 If the cargo is insured by the customer( owner risk 0.2% of invoice value + gst of 02%)
 If invoice value is more than 50,000 in that case E-way bill and either carrier risk or owner risk is mandatory.
