CHOPSTICK RESTAURANT EMPLOYEE AGREEMENT

INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Chopstick Restaurant, where we strive to provide exceptional dining


experiences to our customers. As an employee, you play a vital role in our
success. This agreement outlines the procedures, rules, salary, and attendance
expectations that all staff must adhere to.

EMPLOYMENT TERMS

1. Job Description: Each employee is expected to perform their designated job


duties to the best of their abilities.
2. Working Hours: Standard working hours are from 8:00AM - 9:30PM.
Employees may be required to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends,
and holidays.
3. Salary:
- Chef: $ [insert salary] per annum, paid bi-weekly.
- Waitress: $ [insert salary] per annum, paid bi-weekly, plus tips.
- Supervisor: $ [insert salary] per annum, paid bi-weekly.

PROCEDURES AND RULES

3. Food Safety: Employees must follow proper food safety procedures, including

ensuring that customers have a positive dining experience.
5. Confidentiality: Employees must maintain confidentiality regarding restaurant
operations, customer information, and employee personnel matters.
6. Safety and Security: Employees must follow all safety and security protocols to

7. Social Media: Employees must not post any negative or confidential information
about the restaurant or its employees on social media.

ATTENDANCE POLICY

1. Reporting Absences: Employees must notify their supervisor at least 24hours


prior to their scheduled shift if they will be absent.
2. Absence without Notice: Failure to report an absence without notice may result
in disciplinary action.
3. Tardiness: Employees who are late to their shift must notify their supervisor
immediately.

DISCIPLINARY ACTION

1. Verbal Warning: Employees who fail to meet the expectations outlined in this
agreement may receive a verbal warning.
2. Written Warning: Repeated offenses may result in a written warning.
3. Suspension: Serious offenses may result in suspension without pay.
4. Termination: Repeated serious offenses may result in termination of
employment.
