Timing:
Facility shall be open from 6 am to 10am and evening 6 pm to 10 pm
− Good hygiene, proper attire, decorum and consideration of the rights and comforts
of others must be observed at all times.
− The management will not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to any personal
property of the member or their Guests.
− Separate pair of gym shoes for the gym must be used. Outdoor footwear strictly
prohibited.
− All members should carry their napkin/towels/water bottles and preferably use body
spray. Kindly wipe sweat off the benches/machines after usage.
− Use the equipment’s in the gym carefully and in consultation with the Gym
instructor. Management will not be responsible for any gym related injury.
− Except otherwise provided, Members shall use the Gymnasium on ‘first come first
serve’ basis.
− Members using gym equipment are requested to keep the instruments (dumbbell,
plates or mats) at proper place. All weights must be reracked suitably.
− Any damage to the equipment’s has to be appropriately paid for by the member who
damages it.
− Every Member and/or their guests (if any) before using shall sign the register
maintained at the Gymnasium.
− All members/guest shall use the Gymnasium at their own risk, guest will be charged
200/- +GST per session.
− External personal trainer will not be allowed in society gym, suitable approval for
such trainer may be approved by management on case to case basis. This approval is
purely discretionary & management decision would be final.
− Fees and charges for their guests for using facility will be charged as applicable and
fees may be revised time to time.
− Children below 18 years are not permitted to use the Gymnasium. Users below 18
years must be accompanied by guardians/parents/coach.
− Pregnant women, people over 60 years and people with medical ailments should
take clearance from the physician before using the facility and shall be required to
perform exercise under professional supervision.
− Limit equipment usage time: Avoid monopolizing equipment during peak hours to
ensure fair access to all members.
− Respect others.
The above policy is subject to change from time to time after proper approval
of Society management.
