PROVIDE:
• Occupancy Status, Property Status, and Utility Status (if it can be determined from street). If utility status
cannot be determined from the street call utility company.
• Provide Name of Utility Company.
• If incidental contact is made, provide detailed notes and the name of whom you spoke with.
• Report any visible damages IF viewable from public access.
• If property is For Sale, provide agent/seller contact information and whether it is for sale by agent or by owner.
• Provide general description of the condition of the front yard, personal property, and condition of the house.
• Report any violations posted on the property ONLY IF visible from the front from the public access right of way.
