What is a Co-Working hub?

A co-working hub is a shared space by professional workers from different professions,

backgrounds, and companies. This space offers workflow that allows the occupants to work

together or individually. Students, Workers, and Entrepreneurs are mainly the occupants for

this space. These types of spaces offer various amenities such as Wi-Fi, conference rooms,

solo areas, and provide alternative offices or homes. Co working spaces have been around for

over 100 years, it started back in 1900s when Frank Lloyd Wright designed his working space

which was in New York. The first official co working space was created on August 9, 2005,

by Brad Neuberg in San Francisco, at first the working space was not doing well because it

struggled because not a single person showed up (Mason, 2021)
