Dear Employee,
On behalf of KADWA MICROFINANCE INC, it is my pleasure to extend this offer of employment to you. Please
take note of the following details:
LEGEND: * - Perform Every JUNE of every year, must be at least 1 year within the company.
Aside from the statutory benefits provided by law, the following shall be extended (specific policies shall
apply).
1. TEMPORARY PERFORMANCE INCENTIVES (TPI) – up to 5,000.00 , this will be given every 30th of the
month depending on your performance. ( Amount to be determined by the Owner).
2. Year-End Incentives ( ) – up to 3,000.00, this will be given every December 15th of the month. Amount
to be based on overall performance of the company.
3. Transportation Allowance : 1,500.00 (given every 30th of the month – coverage: next whole month)
4. Motorcycle Rental Allowance : 1,000.00 (given every 30th of the month – coverage: next whole
month)
5. Load Allowance : 250.00 (given every 30th of the month – coverage: next whole month)
6. Rice Allowance : 1,000.00 (given every 30th of the month – coverage: next whole month)
7. Birthday Allowance : 500.00 (given on the date of your birthday)
NOTE: If resigned, remaining days of Transportation Allowance , Rice Allowance, per diem, will be deducted.
Normal Practice Policies such as “NO WORK, NO PAY”, “NO OVERTIME PAY” still implemented.
CASH BOND :
- Cash held as a guarantee that the Employee not to do anything wrong that is not acceptable by the
Company such as theft, fraud, etc. This Cash Bond will be returned to the Employee if he/she wish to
resign or retirement.
- Every Employee need to pay Cash Bond starting on their first payroll.

JOB DETAILS:
Collect all the Repayment, Interest, Insurance, Processing Fee or any fee related in schedule
collection date.
Improve Marketing by providing at least 10 new applicant per month.
Process the application of New Client/Reloan as per Kadwa Policies.
Master and apply the 5Cs in collection and marketing.
Assist Immediate Supervisor or higher ups regarding your branch clients information or legal, etc.
Limit in converting good client into problematic account.
Always follow all KADWA Policies, approach, vision, mission, goals.
You acknowledge that this letter represents the entire agreement between you and and Kadwa Microfinacne
Inc and that no verbal or written agreements, promises and representations that are not specifically stated in
this offer are or will be binding upon the company.
