Preparing the Project Implementation Plan

We will prepare the Project Implementation Plan. The Project Implementation Plan will be
created keeping in mind the following steps:

1. Understand and determine project requirements

2. Define the scope of the project
3. Break down the project scope into manageable tasks
4. Conduct in depth and extensive research
5. Ask tough questions, where needed
6. Define and sequence project activities
7. Estimate duration, resources, and costs
8. Build a high-performance team
9. Build contingencies and backup plans
10.Create baselines for project implementation performance measurement
11.Finalize the plan
12.Keep planning

In the Project Implementation Plan, we have plans, ideas, and strategies in place, and we
execute them to ensure the success of the Project. Next, we create deliverables, present them
to relevant stakeholders, and track and monitor the status of each element in the project. The
responsibilities of the Project Manager in charge of the Project are to track the project progress
in real-time, delivering tasks on time, staying on budget, and avoiding scope creep.

Simultaneously, the Project Manager uses the Project Implementation Plan to ensure that the
entire team is well-managed and there is seamless communication between the desired
individuals, teams, and departments. Our Project Implementation Plan is all about monitoring
all aspects of this project and ensuring that things go as planned. And if they don’t, the
bottlenecks are identified and overcome in real-time.

The Project Implementation Plan will be a key Deliverable out of this exercise and will be shared
with the Project SPOC from NASSCOM Foundation for approval and for tracking progress against
the plan during the weekly and monthly meetings and reports.

11
1. Mobilization & Identification 550 beneficiaries (Phase 1)

a. Identifying and reaching out to minimum 550 potential youth

candidates interested in any of the technical topics in Hyderabad and
Bangalore.

Motivation to enter the job market and discipline to complete the training program will be
evaluated. With the assistance of data provided by the NASSCOM team, we aim to identify
and onboard 550 beneficiaries for the Program. This ensures that, with graduates, at least
550 beneficiaries will complete the training program, and a minimum of 60% will be women
candidates. Additionally, we aim to place at least 70% of beneficiaries in jobs relevant to
them.
Since we are working with final year students, we need 3 mobilisers, 1 for Bangalore
location, 2 for Hyderabad location. Total of 3 mobilisers for 2 months. Each Mobiliser is
responsible for mobilising 180 candidates in total with 90 every month. We need to mobilise
very thoroughly as dropouts will be a problem.

College-Based Model
Geographical Presence:
● Partner Colleges:
Training will be delivered in collaboration with select colleges in Hyderabad and
Bangalore. These colleges will serve as implementation hubs, with sessions conducted
directly on campus to ensure seamless integration into the students' academic
schedules.
● On-Campus Access:
All training activities, including technical sessions, soft skills modules, assessments, and
orientation, will be conducted within the college premises, eliminating the need for
students to travel to external locations.
● Faculty & Administration Involvement:
College placement cells and faculty members will act as key facilitators for mobilization,
monitoring, and student engagement, enhancing accountability and coordination.

Mobilization Activities
Internal Campus Drives:
Awareness sessions will be conducted within colleges through:

12
● Class announcements
● Orientation events
● Departmental emails and WhatsApp groups
● Posters and standees in high-traffic student areas

● Faculty Champions:
Designated faculty members will support the mobilization effort by recommending
eligible students from B.Sc (CS) and BCA backgrounds and promoting the program
across classrooms.

● Parental Involvement:
Where appropriate, orientation sessions for parents will be organized to encourage
support for women’s participation and continuity in training and job/internship
opportunities.

● Candidate Briefing:
Candidates will be briefed on the following aspects by our resource:
Purpose of the program and its benefits.
Training modules.
Trade-wise training streams that candidates can choose.
Duration of the program.

13
Face-to-Face Interactions & Support
● In-Class Engagement:
Since training is held within the college premises, trainers can engage directly with
students during scheduled hours, ensuring better discipline, reduced dropouts, and
contextual support.

● Help Desks:
Temporary project desks (physical or digital) will be established within each college to
address student queries, registration, attendance tracking, and tech support.

● Peer Learning Groups:

Students will be organized into peer support teams within colleges to promote group
assignments, peer reviews, and collaborative learning.

Accessibility and Inclusivity

● Academic Calendar Integration:
The program will be aligned with college timetables to avoid academic disruption and
maximize participation. Training sessions will be held during non-exam periods and
scheduled hours.

● Inclusive Selection Process:

Special emphasis will be placed on ensuring participation from first-generation learners,
women, and students from EWS backgrounds, with support from college administration.

● No Travel Burden:
As training is campus-based, it removes travel-related challenges, making it easier for
women and students from underserved areas to attend regularly.

14
15
b. Conducting a comprehensive baseline survey to assess the existing
skill levels, educational backgrounds, and aspirations of the selected
candidates with inception report.

Each of the candidates who is on board as a beneficiary of the program will be requested to
complete the baseline survey (pre assessment) and need assessment

This can be taken up by the candidate at college or on a desktop/laptop at a time and date
of their choice

Purpose The purpose of pre-assessment is to provide data to revise planned

instruction.

Mode and Self-evaluation of beneficiaries’ capabilities

Areas of Online test to evaluate knowledge in trade wise topics and aptitude topics
Assessment Evaluation of oral and written communication skills
Expectations from the program/needs of the beneficiaries

16
The baseline survey (pre assessment) responses and the need assessment summary of the
beneficiaries of Project will be made available to all the trainers of the program to
understand:
1. Expectations from the program
2. Areas of training that the candidates need focus on
3. Suggestions that could be incorporated in the program

17
c. Developing a comprehensive curriculum for the agreed topic that
includes practical hands-on exercises.

Curriculum Development:
As we have an experience of 13+ years in the skilling + placement domain, these modules
have been refined over time and regularly updated to meet the requirements of the
corporates who hire through us. We will customize the training modules (where needed) for
this project to ensure maximum placements. We will also speak with our recruitment
partners and get their sign off on the different technologies for which they hire through us
