Dear Parent

Greetings!

As we prepare to welcome our young learners for the new academic year, we request you
to kindly take note of the following important guidelines:

1. Labelling Belongings:
All your child’s belongings must be clearly labelled with their name, grade, and
division for the current academic year.

details.)

3. Student Handbook:
Kindly complete the required information on Pages 1 and 2 of the student handbook.
The handbook should be carried to school daily. Parents are requested to check it
regularly for updates and important notices.

Children in Nursery must wear the school uniform on Mondays and Thursdays. On
other days, they may attend in neat and comfortable casual wear.

Wearing the school ID card daily is mandatory.
8. Class Division:
Classrooms have been thoughtfully structured to ensure a balanced mix
academically and socially. We kindly request parents not to seek changes in the
assigned division. Trust that children are quick to adapt, make new friends, and feel
at ease with their peers and teachers.
9. Transport Routes:
Requests for frequent changes in pick-up or drop-off points on school transport
should be avoided to maintain smooth operations.
10. Bearer Card:
Parents or guardians picking up their child must carry the bearer card every day for
identification and security purposes.

earrings or studs.

14. Early Departures:

Requests for early leave or half-days will not be entertained unless there is an
unavoidable or urgent reason.

Snack time is limited to the last 5 minutes of the school day. Please pack simple,
easy-to-eat items.

any allergies by writing a note in the student handbook. If your child has any medical
conditions that require special attention, please schedule a meeting with the Grade
Coordinator.

continued support and cooperation.
