within the business. This new employee is expected to sign an employment contract t and to be placed where
she/he will function effectively. The new employee will under-go in-service training as well

Human Resources Function is resonsible for hiring, firing and managing all aspects of employees.Human
Resource Function also fosters a healthy working enviroment in the workplace.

Internal recruitment refers to hiring employees from within the organization rather than seeking external
candidates. This approach has several advantages:
• Reduced Hiring Time: Internal candidates are already familiar with the company’s culture and operations,
reducing the time needed for onboarding.
• Cost Efficiency: Hiring internally eliminates advertising and recruitment costs associated with external
hiring.
• Employee Motivation: Promoting existing employees fosters loyalty and motivation, as they see
opportunities for career growth.
However, internal recruitment also has disadvantages:
• Limited Talent Pool: Businesses may miss out on fresh perspectives and new skills that external
