2.The learned Counsel appearing for the intervenor submits that in the order

passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8394 of 2024, dated 28.06.2024, the

intervenor's name has not been shown in the cause title.

3.On perusal of the order, dated 28.06.2024, it is seen that the intervening

petition in Crl.M.P(MD)No.5918 of 2014 was closed.

4.Without allowing the intervening petition, the intervenor's name could not be

shown in the cause title. Therefore, no further orders required.
