points:
a) (1, 2) and (3, 6)

b) (-2, -1) and (1, 2)

c) (5, 0) and (0, -5)

2. Find the equation of the line with the given gradient and passing
through the point:
a) Gradient = -3, Point = (2, 4)

b) Gradient = 1/2, Point = (0, 0)

c) Gradient = 4, Point = (-1, -2)

3. Find the equation of the line that passes through the point and has
the given y-intercept:
a) Point = (3, 7), Y-intercept = 1

b) Point = (5, -3), Y-intercept = -2

c) Point = (-2, 4), Y-intercept = 2

4. Extension/Challenge Questions
a) Write the equation of the line parallel to y = -2x + 5 passing through
(4, -1).

b) Write the equation of the line perpendicular to y = 4x - 6 passing

through (-3, 2).
