Daily Routine for Glowing Skin and Fit Body (Age 17)

This routine is designed to help you maintain a fit body and naturally glowing skin,
considering your coaching schedule and overall wellness.

Morning (6:00 AM – 11:00 AM)


- Wake up early (5:30 – 6:00 AM)
- Drink 1 glass lukewarm water with lemon or soaked fenugreek seeds
- Cleanse face with a gentle herbal face wash
- Go to coaching (7:00 – 11:00 AM)
- Stay hydrated and avoid fried snacks

Post-Coaching (11:15 AM – 1:30 PM)


- Shower & skin care (mild soap, moisturizer + sunscreen SPF 30+)
- Eat protein-rich brunch (refer to diet plan)

Afternoon (2:00 PM – 5:00 PM)


- Lunch: Balanced and light, include curd and salad
- Rest (short nap if needed – max 30–45 minutes)
- Avoid screens immediately after eating

Evening (5:00 PM – 7:00 PM)


- Evening snack: Fruit or roasted snack + green tea
- Light exercise: 30 mins walk, yoga, cycling, or bodyweight workout
- Rinse face after sweating to avoid acne

Night (7:30 PM – 10:00 PM)


- Dinner: Lightest meal of the day, avoid sugar/junk
- Skincare: Wash face, apply aloe vera gel or light moisturizer
- Sleep by 10:00 PM (7–8 hours of sleep)

Extra Tips for Glowing Skin & Fitness:


- Drink 2.5–3L water daily
- Avoid junk food, smoking, alcohol
- Reduce sugar and fried food intake
- Use natural face packs weekly (e.g., honey + turmeric, multani mitti + rose water)
- Manage stress and smile often
