I request you to admit me as a student of M.A.(B.E.) Part-I in your college. I understand that I will not be granted terms if my attendance and progress
are found unsatisfactory.
I am not employed. In the event of my getting employment, I undertake to inform you immediately, failing which, I may be deemed to have
discontinued my studies and I stand to forfeit the fees paid.
If there is any increase in fees, I shall undertake to pay the difference as per your schedule and as may be decided by the concerned authority /

Dear Parent/Guardian,
We would like to impress upon you that the student will not be allowed to appear at the University examination, If he/she does not satisfy the following
conditions:
1.Obtaining at least the pass percentage at all college examinations,
2. Attendance of at least 75% at lectures, practical's & tutorials per term.
3.Compulsory attendance at all the college examinations / tests.
The students should maintain proper decorum in and around the college campus and are expected to be decently dressed. Use of mobile phones,
Walkman's, discmans or similar devices are not allowed in the college campus. Disciplinary action will be taken for any form of misbehavior and the
student will be penalized for causing or being a cause of any damage to College property.
Parents and guardians are put on notice that in case of revision of fees, the student shall be required to pay the difference in fees as decided by the
management from time to time. The parents and guardians are also put on notice that violation of any of the condition set out above would invite
disciplinary action including cancellation of admission.

Parents/guardians are requested to bear in mind that 1) The decision of the Principal as regards withdrawal of examination form or cancellation of
admission in case of violation of rules of the College. 2) Admission will be treated as provisional unless the college obtains the final eligibility status
from the university of Mumbai. This will be final and binding.
