1. Tell me about yourself.
I have recently completed my BBA in Computer Applications and Management and am
waiting for my final results. I have 2 years of experience as a Computer Teacher, where I
worked on MS Office, data management, and helped students understand basic computer
operations. I’m good at Excel, typing, and handling computer tasks. I am now looking for a
Computer Operator role to apply my skills and grow professionally.

2. What are your strengths related to this job?


I’m good at using MS Office tools like Word and Excel. I can use VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and
other formulas. I also type fast and can manage data properly. I’m responsible, organized,
and always try to complete my work on time.

3. Are you comfortable working with data entry or databases?


Yes, I have worked with Excel for data entry and reports. I know how to clean, organize, and
maintain data accurately. I also learn new systems quickly if training is given.

4. How do you manage time and handle pressure?


I make a to-do list and set priorities to finish tasks on time. If there is pressure, I stay calm
and focus on solving one task at a time without making errors.

5. How would you write a professional email?


I keep it short and clear. I start with a proper greeting, write the main message politely, and
end with ‘Thank you’ or ‘Regards’. I also check for spelling and grammar before sending.

6. Do you know how to work with office machines like printers or scanners?
Yes, I have experience using printers, scanners, and photocopiers in my teaching job. I can
also troubleshoot small issues if needed.

7. Are you comfortable learning new software or tools?


Yes, I’m comfortable learning new systems. I’ve used collection apps before and picked
them up quickly. I’m confident I can learn any app with proper training.

8. Why should we hire you?


Because I have the right skills for this job. I know MS Office well, can handle data accurately,
type fast, write professional emails, and I have teaching experience that shows I’m
responsible and patient. I’m also ready to learn and grow with your company.
