standards and includes selections from the items

The IPS standards are therefore expected to be ‫ ﺑﺸﻜﻠﻲ ﻛﺎﻣﻼً اﻧﻌﻄﺎف ﭘﺬﻳﺮ ﺗﺪوﻳﻦ ﺷﺪه‬،‫اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪاردﻫﺎي ﻧﻔﺖ‬
sufficiently flexible so that the users can adapt .‫اﺳﺖ ﺗﺎ ﻛﺎرﺑﺮان ﺑﺘﻮاﻧﻨﺪ ﻧﻴﺎزﻫﺎي ﺧﻮد را ﺑﺎ آﻧﻬﺎ ﻣﻨﻄﺒﻖ ﻧﻤﺎﻳﻨﺪ‬

Standard shall be prepared by the user which

elaborates the particular requirements of the user.
This addendum together with the relevant IPS ‫ ﻣﺸﺨﺼﺎت ﻓﻨﻲ آن ﭘﺮوژه و ﻳﺎ ﻛﺎر‬،‫ﻫﻤﺮاه ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﻣﺮﺑﻮﻃﻪ‬

project or work.
The IPS is reviewed and up-dated approximately ‫اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪاردﻫﺎي ﻧﻔﺖ ﺗﻘﺮﻳﺒﺎً ﻫﺮ ﭘﻨﺞ ﺳﺎل ﻳﻜﺒﺎر ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻗﺮار‬

This Standard covers the minimum requirements of ‫اﻳﻦ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﺣﺪاﻗﻞ اﻟﺰاﻣﺎت آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ اﻳﺴﺘﺎﻳﻲ ﺳﺎﻣﺎﻧﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻟﻮﻟﻪ‬
pressure test to be carried out on plant piping ‫ ﭘﺲ از اﺗﻤﺎم ﻋﻤﻠﻴﺎت‬.‫ﻛﺸﻲ داﺧﻞ ﻛﺎرﺧﺎﻧﺠﺎت را ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﻴﺸﻮد‬

pressure testing.

5.8 Testing shall be performed by qualified ‫ اﻓﺮادي از ﻣﺠﺮي ﻛﻪ ﻛﺎﻣﻼً ﺑﺎ دﺳﺘﮕﺎه ﻫﺎ و روش اﺟﺮاﻳﻲ‬8-5

6. HYDROSTATIC PRESSURE TESTING ‫ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﻓﺸﺎر اﻳﺴﺘﺎﻳﻲ‬-6
6.1 General ‫ ﻋﻤﻮﻣﻲ‬1-6
6.1.1 Where the test pressure of piping attached to ،‫ در ﻣﻮاﻗﻌﻲ ﻛﻪ ﻓﺸﺎر آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﻟﻮﻟﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺘﺼﻞ ﺑﻪ ﻇﺮوف‬1-1-6
a vessel is the same as or less than the test pressure ‫ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﻳﺎ ﻛﻤﺘﺮ از ﻓﺸﺎر آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﻇﺮوف ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ ﻣﻴﺘﻮان ﻟﻮﻟﻪ ﻫﺎ و‬
for the vessel, the piping may be tested with the

is objectionable, a notation shall be made on the
pressure test flow sheets indicating that pressure

The hydrostatic test pressure, at any point in a

10.3 Test Record ‫ ﮔﺰارش آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ‬3-10

Actual line and equipment test pressures shall be ،‫ﻓﺸﺎر آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﺣﻘﻴﻘﻲ ﻟﻮﻟﻪ ﻫﺎ و دﺳﺘﮕﺎه ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﻣﺠﺮي‬
accurately recorded by the executor. These records ‫ اﻳﻦ ﮔﺰارﺷﺎت در ﺿﻤﻦ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﻫﺮ ﺳﺎﻣﺎﻧﻪ‬.‫دﻗﻴﻘﺎً ﮔﺰارش ﺷﻮد‬
shall be made of each piping installation during the

testing and shall include the following information:

(equipment included in the test of piping ‫)ﺗﺠﻬﻴﺰي ﻛﻪ در آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﻓﺸﺎر ﺳﺎﻣﺎﻧﻪ ﻟﻮﻟﻪ ﻛﺸﻲ ﻣﻮرد‬

signature certifies that the piping system has ‫ ﻣﻮرد آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ‬،‫ﻛﻪ ﺳﺎﻣﺎﻧﻪ ﻟﻮﻟﻪﻛﺸﻲ ﻃﺒﻖ اﻟﺰاﻣﺎت‬
