6) All Related Civil Work, foundation / MS angle, false ceiling etc :- From Your Side.
7) Scaffolding if required shall be provided by client.
8) Warranty :- One Year (Sales and Service) against Manufacturing Defect.
Warranty will not cover the damage due to Physical Damage & Abnormal Power Supply.
9) Invoice will be raised as per actual item quantities installed on site.
10) Annual Maintenance Contract available after warranty period.
11) Wall Opening either from Client side or NRs. 1000/- per opening shall be charged if it is on our scope.
12) Minimum billable quantity for Ducting, Insulation, Grills, Diffusers, VCD, Dampers, Louvers, Assemblies etc.
will be 1 Sq.ft. / 1 Sq.m.
13) Offer Validity: 15 days from the date of Offer.
