Ref: Memo No.39/SPG-Ops-I/1028 Dated: May 24, 2025 of Criminare New Delhi (Director: SPG) &
Directorate of Security, West Bengal vide Org No.9952(21)/DS dated:24/05/2025.
In connection with the proposed visit of Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, a ‘Z Plus’ Protectee to
Alipurduar district, Advance Security Liaison (ASL) meetings will be held at the venue as per following
schedule (.)

You are requested to kindly arrange to send a representative preferably ADM rank Officer to attend the
said meeting and further requested to kindly inform the following department/ authorities to attend
personally or send a representative in the ASL meeting at schedule date & time as mentioned above:-

Dy. SP Traffic Alipurduar and DIO-I Alipurduar will attend the ASL meeting on the scheduled date and time.

requested to make seating arrangement at the respective venues under their jurisdiction. O/C
Hasimara OP is requested to inform to the authority of A/F Station Hasimara
