 Recruitment / Talent Acquisition : Successful Recruitment planning’s with strategy. Sourcing,


Shortlisting, Screening of CVs through different Naukri portals like; NAUKRI, Shine, Indeed etc. Closing
positions in given TAT. Planning consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas.
 Induction & Orientation : Issuance of appointment letter. Familiarizing the person with the
organization and its policies and rules like leave policy, attendance policy, etc. Completing all the
procedures and onboarding the employee to the concerned department.
 Time Office Management : Tracking employees attendance using Bio-Metric and manual, Prepare
employees overtime sheets and verified with department inchage & heads. Handling grievances related
to salary, attendance, etc. Preparing (Daily & Monthly) manpower reports. Ensure the leaves is update
accurately on database. Daily monitoring on planned & unplanned absenteeism. Preparing monthly exit
report & discuss with all departmental heads and functional managers. Getting finger punching done of
new joines.
 Employee Engagement & Motivation : Communication meeting with all employees and sharing latest
developments in plants. Organizing Motivational / Management programs from time to time viz. 5S,
safety slogans, Celebrating Birthdays / Festivals or any other occasions in the plant etc. Ensure that top
performers been recognized and rewarded. Conduct training programs on motivation, Personal hygiene,
general discipline at premises, safety, 5’S, First Aid, Fire Fighting Awareness etc.
 Payroll Management : Collection and validation of input, Preparing Salary Sheet & Salary Slips on
HRMS & Excel. Recording payroll data. Complete Payroll input and forward to Finance department for
the salary disbursement. Handle payroll related grievances and queries. Guide vendors in distribution of
monthly salary of Contractual employees. Complete the Separation formalities sensitively and ensure
final settlement is complete in the given time.
 Compliance – PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity And Other Labour Laws Returns : Generate PF & ESIC
Challans, Ensure PF, ESIC payments remitted on time. Maintenance of different types of compliance
registers.
 Administration : Administration policy setup and implementation & providing supervision on safety,
security & housekeeping. Monitor and checking 5S of office & factory to make the continuous
improvement plan. Monitor the security guards to go on the patrol with daily checking on factory safety.
Plan and implement all kind of activities such as Team Building, Party, Meals etc. Overseeing transport &
canteen functions, Handling travel arrangements. Manage to fill the office daily consumables. Ensuring
for proper billings clearing on time.
 Record Management : Maintain employees personnel record Files, Bio-Metric & manual Attendance
Record, Employees overtime records, Employees training records, Maintain statutory records required
for an organization. Maintain HR Policies, Managing daily, weekly, monthly Absenteeism record.
 Others Activities : Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated
tasks. Assist other departments with administrative or clerical support.
