Dear Sir/Mam

I am writing to you on behalf of the Sardar Patel Enclave (20-Point Programme Colony) Residents' Welfare
Association to raise urgent concerns regarding illegal encroachments and a dumping yard of cow dung on
government land in our colony. These issues are causing significant environmental damage and safety risks to the
residents, and we request immediate action from the concerned authorities.

1. Illegal Encroachments in Parks and Public Spaces:

There are numerous instances of illegal encroachments and occupation (kabja) in several parks and public spaces
within Sardar Patel Enclave. These unauthorized occupations are not only diminishing the recreational space
available to the residents but also contributing to the degradation of these public areas. These encroachments are
obstructing the free movement of residents and are impacting the overall cleanliness and safety of the colony.

We request the immediate removal of these encroachments and the restoration of public spaces for the benefit of all
residents. The parks and public spaces should be reclaimed for the intended purpose of promoting the health and
well-being of the residents.

2. Cow Dung Dumping Yard on Government Land:

Additionally, we wish to bring to your attention the illegal cow dung dumping yard located on government land in our
colony. This dumping yard is having serious environmental and health impacts. The accumulation of cow dung not
only emits a foul odor but also attracts pests, leading to unhygienic conditions and posing a significant health hazard.
Moreover, the illegal dumping of animal waste is contributing to environmental pollution and poses a risk to the safety
of the residents, especially children and the elderly.

We urge the authorities to remove the cow dung dumping yard immediately, clean the affected area, and take
appropriate steps to prevent further illegal dumping on government land.

3. Environmental and Safety Concerns:

The environmental concerns arising from both the illegal encroachments and the cow dung dumping yard are grave.
The ongoing pollution, accumulation of waste, and the safety issues related to the obstruction of public spaces are
affecting the quality of life of the residents. The residents are living in an increasingly unsafe and unhygienic
environment, which is a serious concern for our community.

Request for Action:

We, the residents of Sardar Patel Enclave, under the leadership of the Sardar Patel Enclave Residents' Welfare
Association, respectfully request the following actions:

1. Immediate removal of all illegal encroachments and occupation (kabja) from public parks and spaces within
the colony.

2. Immediate removal of the cow dung dumping yard on government land and restoration of the site to its
original state.

3. Implementation of preventive measures to avoid recurrence of illegal encroachments and dumping activities
in the future.
