INTRODUCTION

This report is all about how you can develop a unique skill that will change your life.

It is because this unique skill is known as the ability to sell and it will give you control
of your income.
You will never have to worry about money again.
The ability to sell in the way I am going to explain to you has the power to move you or
anyone from been broke to millions.
I know because it changed my life and that of countless others who came across it and
took it serious.
So, before you go ahead, it is recommended that you put aside all distractions for the
next 20 minutes as you consume the contents of this training.
And preferably, you should print out the report if you have access to a printer so that
you can highlight some valuable points as you read on.
I hope one of your goals in this life is to make enough money (not necessarily tens of
millions) that will help you live a better and enjoyable life.
Problem is, not so many people know how to get it done.
So, they usually go through life struggling, doing a lot of things, jumping from one thing
to another without really achieving that state of making enough money that will bring
them financial stability.
Fortunately for you, what I am about to discuss with you in this training will help you
to make as much money as you want if you act on it.
What I am discussing with you here is not a business but it is a unique element that
makes businesses work.
Once you understand and embrace it, you will be surprised by how money making
opportunities will begin to show up everywhere.

But more so, you will be really excited because you will know exactly how to convert
those ideas and money making opportunities into money in your bank account.

Who Am I?
By the way, who am I to even start lecturing you on selling?
My name is Toyin Omotoso and the first thing I want you to know is that I am not a Phd.
holder, financial expert or an accountant.
I am just a regular guy who lives in Lagos and enjoys making money and travelling.
In fact, I don’t even have a certificate. I went to the university for 5 years, studied
botany and left the school without a certificate.
Why?
Before the university admission, I had already decided that I wasn’t going to become a
fixed income earner.

Let me tell you why I made that decision.


7 months before I got my admission, I worked in a bank and during that time, I realized
what people who depend on a fixed income go through.
 First, as a fixed income earner…The pay is almost never enough.

 Your monthly income is practically fixed and is based on the worth of your
certificate.

 To earn a little bit more, you usually have to go back to school and get a higher
certificate. Then, your income will be bumped up a little bit.

 And you usually don’t have the power to increase your income because it is
controlled by a third party – The government or your employer.
Basically, you are at the mercy of someone else!
This person decides if your income should increase or not. If you should stay or now.
But that is not all…

In my own case, you had very little time on your own.


As a banker, I left my house very early in the morning, Monday to Friday and came back
at night when everyone in my house was asleep.
Sometimes, we even worked on weekends (Sunday inclusive)
What pained me most was this woman in my office who had 3 children.
Those children will come and meet her in the office and waited till she was through for
the day which is usually after 8pm.
 I didn’t want to finish school and go back to the same life of stress, no freedom
and ‘not enough income’ that I experienced while working in the bank.

 I didn’t want to borrow money anytime I had to pay for something big like buying
a car, rent or paying for school fees.

 I wanted a life of freedom.

 I wanted to create a lifestyle income that is within my control.


But the problem was, I had no connections that could help. No rich family members and
no capital.
My pocket allowance was even about N2,000 a month.
So, I read a lot of articles, books, research papers, courses etc
I even tried starting businesses but nothing was working.
It wasn’t until when I left school that I got access to a KEY ELEMENT that changed
everything.
One night, in the midst of frustration and a slight hunger…

This was the first time in my life that I came across someone who really understood the
type of selling I have been talking about.

A few months after I stumbled on this website and started to apply some of the selling
strategies I was learning, I started making up to N200,000 a month.
That was when I knew my hard-work had paid of – big time.
Right now, you could be struggling with debt, struggling to pay school fees or house
rent, struggling to provide for your family but as soon as you learn the same selling
strategies I learnt, you may never have to worry about money again.
That last statement sounded like HYPE but believe me. It isn’t because…
A few months later, I found out that I wasn’t the only Nigerian who was enjoying the
lessons from this yellow website.
There were others.
One of them is the publisher of Complete Sports, Dr. Sunny Obazu who was already a
self-made millionaire.
I immediately signed up to attend a training with him.
Another Nigerian whose life got transformed because he discovered these selling
strategies is Akin Alabi, the founder of NairaBet which is Nigeria’s first sports betting
website.
In fact, Akin Alabi’s story is spectacular.
Because of what he learnt, he single handedly built Nairabet from scratch without the
help of a single investor.
Later on, I also met a guy who dissed his certificate and avoided fixed income like me
because he learnt how to sell.
As a result, he went from living in an uncompleted building and surviving on garri and
groundnut to a big duplex in Lekki and making millions of Naira per month.
His name is Ronald Nzimora and he is a good friend of mine.
Ronald taught this same “selling secrets” to a 23 year old guy, Daniel Adetunji, a student
of Yabatech and Daniel already makes over N1 million a month as a student.
Later on in this training, I am going to show you young people whose lives and

I am saying this because I want you to know that everyone I have come across who
understood these selling secrets always abandon their certificates because it just won’t
be able to give them enough income.
The same thing will happen to you too as well.

How The Ability to Sell Will Transform Your Life:

This training is all about how you can start developing exceptional selling skills that will
change your life forever.

I say exceptional because:


1. This isn’t just “normal selling.” The type of selling I am talking about here is
much more powerful. It is the type of selling that I call massive selling or money
in the bank selling because that is what it does. It is a combination of outrageous
advertising, marketing and unique sales strategies.

2. This skill is based on researches and updates that started as far back as 120
years ago. These researchers actually perfected this skill to work effectively so
that even someone with a little amount of money and an idea can get started and
soon be smiling to the bank. Because of this, they work all the time if you apply
them. Moreso, this skill will help you to sell almost anything from real estate to
books to cars to supplements, software, clothes etc.

3. This unique skill is not been used by most people who are in business or trying
to start a business because they know nothing about it.

4. And this skill is not taught in schools because it is not in the curriculum and
because there will be no one to teach it because the few people who understand

I know you still don’t understand how this skill is going to change your life. So, permit
me to use some illustrations to explain this to you.
Let me start by defining selling.

DEFINITION:
According to the dictionary, selling means to give or hand over something in exchange
for money.
Now keep that in mind because we will be coming back to it later on.
Next, let us define money.
Again, according to the dictionary, money is a medium that can be exchanged for goods
and services and is used as a measure of their values on the market.
If you look at those 2 definitions, you will see that they have something in common.
Both of them are related by the word exchange.
Basically, it means for you to get money, you have to exchange something of value.
Something of value here means a valuable product or service.
Now, the process of persuading someone to exchange that something you have with
their hard earned money is known as selling.
The more things you can exchange, the more money you are going to get.
Meaning… the more you can sell, the more money you can make.
The only person who can put a lid on how much you make is yourself.
Let me explain using a product which is a Nokia phone in this case.

Let’s say this Nokia phone cost N15,000 when you sell it.
Selling it here means someone else is giving you N15,000 so that they can get the
phone.
If you are poor at selling and you are only able to sell 2 copies of that phone in a day,
that will be only N30,000.
But let’s say the guy beside your shop is great at selling and he sells 10 copies a day.
That means he will be making N150,000 a day while you are making N120,000 lesser.
Yet, you are selling the same phone.

The Ability to Sell Gives You


Control Over Your Income:

When you know how to sell, your income no longer depends on the government or your
employer.
You might keep your job for other reasons known to you but even if they delay salaries
like they do these days, you won’t worry because you already know what to do to make
far more than the salary.
If you develop this unique ability to sell, it also means you will be able to start any
business and have an assurance that you will succeed with it.
And if you are already running a business, you will know what to do to skyrocket sales
and make a bunch load of profits.

It also means:
 You can start and run a business of your own anywhere in the world and make it
your main source of income.

 You can keep your normal job and create a standby income generator that you
control by the side. That way, if you lose your job or if you don’t get paid on
time, it won’t matter.

 You can use this ability to write proposals and sell your ideas to companies.

commissions. More on this later.

 You can use it to become a success at network marketing.

 You can use it to create and sell your own products either digital or physical.

 You can use it market your professional services and breakthrough.

The list is endless.

A live breathing cash machine is a phrase I came up with meaning someone who can
make money out of thin air.
Someone who knows what they can do in almost any situation to create a downfall of
cash anytime because the truth is that opportunities to make money are always
available but is people with selling skills who know how to convert them into money.
When you can sell your way anywhere, you can successfully start from scratch and
create enough enviable income anywhere in the world.
Let’s say right now, you are even broke and unemployed and your highest certificate is
SSCE but you somehow came across this training and you started to develop your
massive selling skills.

With this skill, you can confidently go to any business or company with good products
and tell them to sign you up as an affiliate and that you will bring in sales for them.
This means without salary because you will only be paid from the sales you bring.
What do you think they will do?
They will sign you up instantly because all companies need sales.
I know of a guy when I was still staying in Abuja who went to a real estate company and
signed up to help them promote their properties as an affiliate and the company agreed
to pay him N60,000 per plot.
Guess what? In his first month, he successfully sold 10 plots.
Can you see why I said “the ability to sell gives you control over your income?”
With his skill, this guy can easily go to other real estate companies as well and they will
be happy to sign him up especially since he won’t be collecting any money until he
makes a sale.
And will they ask him for his certificate? NO OF COURSE!
They only care about results.
Fortunately in today's internet world, you don’t have to be physically going to
companies to sign up with them as an affiliate.
There are tens of thousands of companies online that will readily welcome you as an
affiliate and pay you hefty commissions when you use your massive selling skills to sell
for them.
I do it too for some of my products.
In fact, later on, I am going to show you how you can get a N6000 commission as an
affiliate selling just one of my products.
If you use what I will be teaching you about massive selling and you sell just 10 of those

And mind you, I am not talking about hawking or the traditional type of selling that

school.
The ability to sell massively will work for anyone. It does not matter if you are ugly, a
dwarf or an illiterate. It will change your life.
It is the one business skill that brings in the money.
Every SINGLE Time.
What I have been trying to drive into your ears, dear friend is this:

STEP ONE: Become a Student of Markets

What do I mean?
The first person who helped me to understand the art of selling to a certain point was a
man known as Gary Halbert.
He was the one who created the yellow website I talked to you about earlier. I will give
you the URL to the site later on in this training.
Gary also wrote a set of letters known as the Boron letters.
He wrote those letter to teach his son everything he knew about selling so that money
will not be a problem in his life.
It was in this Boron letters that I first learned about becoming a student of markets.

Becoming a student of markets is all about observing and


studying what people want to buy.

And a simple way to do that is by observing what people are buying already.
For instance, if I know that a lot of women in Nigeria buy soaps that makes their body
looks soft, clear and firmer, it means I can also sell creams and make ups that help them
to do the same thing.
You see, while the ability to sell is powerful, it doesn’t mean you should just pick up
anything and start to sell.
The reason is that people are going to respond better at buying certain things than
others.
And to make your selling task easier, it is usually better if you understand what people
would rather spend their money on than what you want them to spend their money on.

Here is an illustration:
There was a time a man came to me to help him sell a book he wrote because someone
told him that I knew how to sell which is true.
But the title of the book was something ridiculous like Synopsis of Heaven and Hell or
something like that.
I immediately asked him who his audience was before he went ahead to write the book
because with a title like that, he will only get 2 buyers. His mum will buy a copy and his
wife will buy the second copy. Problem is, they won’t pay him for the copies.

Here is another one:


If you opened a shop to sell videos on history and I opened a shop to sell movies and
music videos, which one of us will sell most?
It seems obvious. Right? But despite that, a lot of people just go ahead and try to sell
whatever comes to their minds.
That is why a lot of business die before they are started because the owners don’t look
around to see if there is a ready market of people who are willing to buy what is it that
they want to sell before they go ahead and start.
Once you know what people are buying, the next thing for you to do is to know what
group of people are doing the buying.
Here is what I mean:
When it comes to various products or services, there is usually a similar group of people
that do the buying.
We usually refer to them as an audience.
As a selling expert, one of the important things you have to know is the type of audience
that is interested in buying what type of product.
For instance still using the women example above, there are certain types of soaps and
creams that woman who are dark in complexion are used to buying.

But women with light complexion may not be interested in buying those.
Why do you have to identify the group of people interested in spending money on
certain products?
It is because it makes your work as a sales person very effective.
If I know that the cream/soap I am selling is usually bought by dark women, then I would
know how to go after dark women and what to say to persuade them to buy.
Are you even getting this at all?
Don’t worry. You will get it as time goes on. As you begin to practice.

Here is another illustration from my friend, Akin Alabi to drive home this point.
If you wanted to sell a book on “how to pass JAMB,” who would you sell it to?
a. Students of secondary school students.
b. Students of secondary school students who are in SS3
c. Parents of students of secondary school students who are in SS3
For someone who does not know how to sell, he will be hopelessly running around
trying to sell to groups A and B.
But as a skilled sales person, we know that it is the parents of these students who have
the highest desire for their kids to pass JAMB and go to the university and it is these
parents who have the money to spend.
That doesn’t mean some of the SS3 students don’t have desires to pass their JAMB
exams too. Of course, there will be some of them who do but then, it is a waste of time
trying to figure out those few ones especially when they will still have to go to their
parents to ask for the money.
Atimes you can just start by identifying a market of people with a conflict.
A conflict means a problem or desire.
E.g.
People having problems with getting a US Visa.
Couple looking forward to having a male child

Businesses looking for a way to increase their profits


All those are conflicts and the people involved with them are the market in each case.
So, for instance, if I observe that a lot of couples are having the desire to have a male
child and if I know a product that can help them to do so, all I have to do is find a way to
contact those people and sell that product to them.
Anywhere you see a group of people with conflicts, there is always money to be made
and the funny thing is that we are all a part of groups with conflicts because we all have
certain problems and desires in our lives.
How do you do this?
It is by observing my friend, just observe.
Read the news or listen to it on radio and TV.
See what people are talking about on social media.
The other day, I was in Calabar and I heard 2 young women talking about how much
they wanted to whiten their teeth.
This was funny because back in Lagos, I have heard young women talk about the same
thing.
And this is just one of the hundreds of markets that I could easily sell to if I want to.
All I have to do is go online and look for products that you can apply yourself to whiten
your teeth and find a way to sell it to young women.
Can you now see this kind of thinking that I am passing across to you?
And don’t underestimate this just because I am using all these simple examples. I am
only doing so to make it easier for you to understand.
This is the same thing you have to do when you are selling ideas to companies, real
estate, cars etc
These are the same strategies you apply even when you are selling online or offline. In
Nigeria or in the UK or any other country.
In the next step, we are going to take a small dive into why people buy things because
you need to understand it for you to be able to sell effectively.

But before we move on, here is an exercise for you to play with.
What type of products do you think the following group of people will like to buy?
- Pregnant women
- Women who are about to get married
- Single ladies
- Women looking to get pregnant
- Women who want to lose weight
- Men who want to lose weight
- Small business owner struggling to grow his business

STEP TWO: Become a Student of People

Alright.
Let’s move on.
In the first step, I talked about you becoming a student of markets – Observing what
people buy and the type of people who buy them.
I also talked about identifying groups of people with similar desires or problems and
identifying the type of products they will like to buy to achieve that desire or end the
problem.
The next step is for you to start studying people and that starts with you.
See, people buy things for one or more reasons.
Some reasons are emotional and some are just logical.

If you understand why people buy what they buy, it will make easy for
you to persuade them to buy what you are selling.
For instance, think about the last 3 things you spent a good amount of money to buy.
Why did you buy them?
And one way is by thinking about the end benefit that the customer will get from buying
a particular product.
For instance, if you want to sell a cook book to women, what do you think the end
benefit is?
Most people will say it is so that the women can cook great dishes. But if I were to sell it,
I will sell it having it in mind that these women want their cooking to get bragged about
by their husband, children, family members etc.
You need to know that selling is all about persuasion.
And persuasion becomes an easy task when you understand the person you are trying
to persuade.
Basically, the ability to persuade is the core of selling.

For instance, why do women like Blackberry phones than men?


Hmmmm…
Have you ever thought about that?
Why do women spend hours shopping when a man would just buy what he needs to buy
in minutes?
Or what about this?
Why do parents really want their children to pass JAMB and go to the university to study
courses like Medicine, Accounting, Engineering etc?
If you know these reasons, you will know exactly what to communicate to them and get
them to buy from you.
And I won’t lie to you.
In order for you to understand any group of people, it is either you are a part of that
group
or…
You just have to go and research about them in order to understand them better.
Here is what I mean:
Let’s say you are a married man and you want to sell sexual enhancement supplements
to other married men.
This will be easier for you to do because you are already a part of that group.
You know what married men face and how they feel when they can’t perform very well
in bed.
You know about the various products they have tried and did not work.
And you know the exact type of results that they want when they use the supplement.
Because of this, you know how to communicate it to another fellow married man so
that he is persuaded to bring out his hard earned money and buy from you.
And with massive selling skills, you know how to communicate the same to thousands or
millions of married men and get them to buy from you.

But think about you selling sexual supplements to a woman.


Now, there is a shift.
You are not a woman. Even though you may have an idea of her problems but there is a
whole lot that you do not know especially how she feels about her sexual problems.
In this case, you have to research.
You have to seek understanding.
And the best way to seek understanding is to go out and talk to women or listen to their
discussions.
There was a time I was in the airport and I overheard two women talking about the
frustration they were having when having sex with their husbands.
One was complaining about how her husband never tried more than one sex position.
The other was complaining about something else. Funny enough, they won’t discuss
these things with their husbands.
Fortunately, these days with the internet, we are lucky. There are various groups and
forums online for almost any audience where people discreetly talk about their
problems.
And with this, you can learn a ton of stuffs about any audience.
All you have to do is start with Google.com
Or you can just buy magazines that are dedicated to the audience you want to learn
about.
 For instance, what type of people read Forbes magazine?
 What about Cosmopolitan?
 What about Mens Health?
 What about GQ?
And the good thing is that you can find old editions of these magazines online for free if
you search Google.
In fact, I think I need to emphasize that.
Google.com is your friend when it comes to researching anything. So, use it often and
you will get better at it.

Next…
Part of why you need to understand the people you want to sell to is that, it also helps
you to know where to find them so that you can sell to them.
Remember that this type of selling is known as massive selling.
So, in most cases you are not just selling to one person unless if it is a product that is
very high priced.
FROM STEP 1 - If I know that I want to sell a book on “how to pass JAMB” and I also
know that the group of people that are most likely to buy are parents of SS3 students,
then STEP 2 is:
STEP 2 – Understand why the parents want their children to pass JAMB. And find out
where I can have access to the parents of the SS3 students. Which in this case can be
during PTA meetings.

Really, what I have been trying to say in steps 1 and 2 of this training is this:
 Know what people want to buy

 Know the groups of people who are doing the buying

 Know WHY they are buying the product

 Know WHERE to find them


I believe you have a good enough understanding of those 2 steps before we move on to
the next step.

STEP THREE: Learn Direct Marketing &


Copywriting

There is a special type of marketing that embodies this type of selling that I have been
trying to teach you and it is known as direct marketing. Embodies here means it
multiplies the power exponentially.
Direct marketing is an effective form of marketing that allows you to target and
communicate your sales messages directly to lots of customers.
This type of marketing is what an individual or a small business can use to pull in
amazing number of sales and profits even right under the nose of big companies and
with little budget.
It is what marketers use online to power launches and campaigns and make as much as
$1 million in a day.
It works like crazy because it has been tested over and over and people are still
improving this type of marketing all over the world.
This is actually the type of marketing that lends itself to massive selling and you can use
it to sell anything.

What About Copywriting?


Copywriting is about creating communication that sells your product. It is what you use
in creating your adverts regardless of whether they are delivered via newspapers,
internet, radio, TV or even on stage.
Have you ever read an advert that moved you into taking action? That is an advert that
was written by someone with good copywriting skills.
If you remember, I said selling is all about persuasion and you can't persuade people if
you can't do a good job of effective communication.

Copywriting is about putting together compelling messages and communicating it to the


people you are trying to sell to. This may be through newspaper adverts, online banners,
emails etc
What matters most is the message you are passing across.
Direct marketing and the power of copywriting is what the cash generation systems that
I teach are based on and it is what I teach to people.
How can you learn direct marketing and copywriting?
Let me introduce you to the first person who
helped me to understand direct marketing and
copywriting.
His name is Gary Halbert and I talked about him
earlier.
He is now late.
May God bless his dear Soul.
Gary was so good at creating powerful adverts
and selling via direct marketing.
There was a time he wrote a simple one paged letter which was mailed to millions of
people and that single sales letter brought him over $70 million.
You see, as far back as 1986, Gary started sharing his invaluable cash generation and
direct marketing advice via a monthly newsletter and people paid him $197 per year for
it.
Because of this, Gary created a lot of millionaires all over the world. Many of them were
people who started from scratch without any help. Like me, Akin Alabi, Ronald Nzimora
etc
Later on in his life, Gary decided to make the newsletters free and he posted some of
them on his website (the yellow website)
You can still find some of them on his websites but most of them are not there.
So, a long time ago, I searched the internet and even bought all his newsletters that
were not available on his website from 1988 to 2007 when he died.

And I read every single one of them.


Which took me a lot of time but I had to do it back then because I was broke and
desperate.
One of the letters in this group that I love is the one where he wrote:
“The ability to write ads and/or letters that sell is by far the most wonderful money-
making skill you could ever hope to acquire. If you master this skill you should never
again have to worry about money.
