Criteria
Basic Knowledge of Quality Management:

• Familiarity with quality management principles, statistical


methods, and problem-solving basics is highly recommended.

Relevant Work Experience:

• Experience in process improvement or a role where they can


actively apply Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques is preferred.

Education Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; however, a bachelor’s


degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, business, operations) is
often advantageous.

Computer Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis tools is


essential, as many Lean Six Sigma tools rely on data
interpretation and statistical analysis.
