Bangalore - 560027, ward No. – 117. The landmarks nearby are temple, svk kalyana mantap.
Total plot/site area is 1878 Sft. The building consists of stilt floor, ground floor, first
Floor and second floor. The total floor area is 4954 Sft. Stilt floor is completely kept vacant and
using for vehicle parking. It is a dwelling house with internal staircase, bedrooms, kitchen and
attached bathrooms in all bedrooms. Italian marble used for flooring in all the floors. From the
visual inspection, it is can be concluded that, the building is a framed RCC structure with good
quality maintained during construction. Part of the floor area at second floor is opened to terrace.
River sand used for mortar, both for rendering and bonding,
Table mould burnt brick are used for walls and compound wall.
Site mix cement concrete is used for columns, beams, slabs and other RCC work.
Bathrooms are laid with vitrified tile on wall and antiskid tile on flooring.
First quality teak wood used for all windows, door and ventilator. (both for frame and
shutter). All window shutters are polished inside and painted outside.
Teak wood railings with stainless steel vertical support are provided for internal
staircase. Stainless steel railings with 8mm thick glass panels are provided at all
balconies.
At second floor aluminum and M S frames and shutter are installed to access the terrace.
Good quality emulsion paint and weatherproof paint are used for inside and outside
painting respectively.
Fully furnished, false ceiling with veneer decoration, glass decoration at dining Hall.
The property bearing is freehold property with clear title deed and other legal documents.
