1 Obtain a valid work permit

2 Understand the job and conduct toolbox talk regarding the task

3 Turn Off the Inverter.

4 Put the Tracker to T-Level Mode by using the tracker mobile app

5 Remove the defective PV module and install the new PV module. HAND TOOLS

6 Retorque the new PV module (14-20 NM) HAND TOOLS

7 Reconnect the MC-4 connector with the string. HAND TOOLS

8 Put the tracker into Automatic Mode through the mobile APP. HAND TOOLS

9 Turn ON the inverter and measure the current in the string.
