This letter refers to your application and the subsequent discussions you had with us. We are pleased to
appoint you as an “DESIGNATION” based at JOB LOCATION. Your appointment will be governed
by the following terms and conditions:
1. Medical Fitness: Your appointment is subject to your being medically fit at all times.
2. Compensation: You will be paid a Monthly Gross Salary of Rs. 82,536/- (Rupees Eighty-Two
Thousand Five Hundred and Thirty - Six only) per month. The detailed compensation is mentioned in
Annexure 1, which will be the cost to the company.
3. Working Hours: Your working hours are as per company policy. The company observes a 6-day work
week.
4. Date of Appointment: Your date of appointment as per company records is DATE OF JOINING.
5. Legal Deductions: You are eligible for legal deductions as per applicable statute and company policy.
6. Probation: You will be on probation for a period of 6 months from your date of joining. This period is
liable to extension at the sole discretion of the management. If no confirmation is made in writing at the
end of the probationary period, it will be deemed to have been extended until the company confirms you
in writing.
7. Performance and Conduct: During the probation period, whether originally fixed or subsequently
extended, the company has the full right to transfer, suspend, or terminate your employment with
immediate effect without any notice period or compensation if your performance is not found satisfactory
or in case you are found dishonest to the company at any moment during your employment with the
organization.
8. Notice Period: You are required to give forty-five (45) days' notice in writing or salary in lieu thereof
to the company while leaving the service during the probation period or after confirmation of services.
Also, you must complete the proper handing over of responsibilities, files, documents, or other required
information to a satisfactory level approved by the company.
9. Misconduct: In the event of your being guilty of misconduct, inattention, negligence in the discharge
of your duties, or any misdemeanor likely to affect the reputation of the company, the company reserves
the right to terminate your services at any given point of time with immediate effect, without any
compensation or notice.
10. Performance Review: Your performance will be reviewed as per the company’s policy.
11. Leave: You will be eligible for privilege leave as per the company’s policy.
12. Travel and Accommodation Policy: Eligibility for Travel and Accommodation Policy will be
determined in accordance with Company guidelines.
13. Proof of Age: You will be required to produce satisfactory proof of age at the time of joining. Once
such proof of age is accepted and recorded on the company’s register, you will not be permitted to seek a
change of date of birth.
14. Retirement Age: You will retire from the services of the company upon attaining the age of 58 years.
15. Responsibilities & Duties: You will be governed by the rules and regulations regarding conduct and
discipline as framed by the company from time to time. Your work in the organization will be subject to
these rules and regulations. You are expected to perform to ensure results and may need to work extra
hours to achieve this whenever the job requires.
16. Confidentiality Obligations:
You are employed by the Company on a full-time basis. You will not be employed by any other company
or offer your services with or without pay to any person, entity, or authority, nor will you engage in your
own business without prior written permission from the Company.
You will observe secrecy and confidentiality concerning any technical, business data, or any other
information that comes to your knowledge or possession, which the Company considers confidential and
valuable. You will not disclose such information without the Company’s authority to anyone other than
the Company’s officers authorized to receive it, even after you have ceased to be in the Company’s
service.
You will assign to the Company all rights, titles, and interests in any invention or improvement that you
may make, solely or jointly, in the course of your employment. You will perform any acts and execute
any documents necessary to secure the Company’s patent protection and rights relating to such inventions
or improvements, at no expense to you.
You shall maintain proper discipline and dignity of your office and deal with all matters with sobriety.
You shall regularly sign the attendance sheet and punch your attendance.
You shall maintain and keep in your safe custody such books, registers, documents, and other papers as
may be issued to you or may come into your possession and shall return the same when required.
You will forthwith inform the Company of any change in your residential address, personal information
with proof
17. Termination Notice: This contract of employment is terminable by one month's (30 days) notice
period on either side or on payment of one month's salary in lieu of notice. In the event of your
termination for fraud, theft, or withholding information in the application form or for any other form of
misconduct, notice pay will not be payable. Upon termination of employment, it will be mandatory for
you to return all company property in your possession and shall complete proper hand over process of
responsibilities, files, documents, etc.
18. After Termination: Upon termination of this contract, you will immediately return all company
property and shall not retain or make any copies. You agree not to use or disclose any trade secrets or
confidential information belonging to the company or its subsidiaries.
19. Non-Solicitation/Non-Compete:
During the term of your employment with the company and for a period of one year thereafter
immediately following the termination or relieving of your employment with the company, you shall not
directly or indirectly solicit, induce, recruit, or encourage any of the company's employees to leave their
employment, or join any other employment or undertake any other activity that is of similar nature so as
to give any sort of competition to the business of the company.
You are prohibited to take away any clients or customers of the Company or attempt to solicit, induce,
recruit, encourage. either for yourself or for any other person or entity.
For one year after the termination or relieving of your employment, you are prohibited from joining any
organization that competes with the business of the company.
Reasonableness of Restrictions:
Agreement on Reasonableness: By signing this clause, you acknowledge that these restrictions are
reasonable and necessary to protect the legitimate interests, business, and goodwill of the company.
20. Service Rules: You will be governed by and shall conform to the service rules of the company.
21. Educational Qualifications: Your appointment is subject to submitting copies of marksheets/
certificates for all your educational qualifications and identity as well as residential proof.
22. Release from Previous Employer: The offer is subject to a proper release from your present
employer and all the previous employer.
23. Amendments: Any amendments to the above terms and conditions will be made in writing.
24. Confidentiality of Compensation: Your compensation details are strictly confidential and shall not
be shared with anybody else in the company.
25. Posting & Transfer: Your initial place of work is as indicated above. However, you can be
transferred temporarily or permanently for duty anywhere in India or abroad depending upon the needs of
the organization. You will be governed by the transfer rules prevailing in the company at any given point
in time.
