Lesson Description:
In this lesson, students will reinforce the text, comprehension, and all the concepts given in the
unit.
Students’ Learning Outcomes
By the end of the session, students will be able to:
 Reinforce the unit
 Give the test
Warm-up: 3mins
o Start the lesson by asking the students to recall the lesson and share the story read in unit 2.

Procedure: 20mins
 Give students some time to reinforce the unit.
 After they have revised it, ask them to get ready for the test.

Written Work: 15mins


It is at the discretion of the teacher to take the test either in notebooks or on loose sheets.

Closure: 1min
Wrap up the lesson by checking their test and giving feedback.
Discuss the concepts that need attention.

Lesson Description
In this lesson, students will observe the given picture, think about the actions happening in the
picture. The teacher will ask the given questions about the picture and students will answer by
using their observation thus incorporating the speaking skills.

Skill based activity based on observation and speaking.

Students’ Learning Outcomes


By the end of the session, students will be able to:
 Observe the picture and focus on the actions taking place in it
 Apply their speaking skills in describing the given picture
Warm-up: 2mins
 Before initiating the lesson, ask the students to speak a few routine sentences.
 As it is a speaking activity, so take responses from the students irrespective of
the mistakes that they make while speaking.
Procedure: 20mins
 Distribute the picture description worksheet among the students and ask them to paste
it into their notebooks.
 Make the students to focus their attention on the picture.
 Tell students that they are going to use their imagination to think about the picture they
see.
 Give students a few minutes (1-3) to look at the picture and think about what is
happening before they share their thoughts with classmates.
 Tell them that they will be asked a few questions about the given picture.
 Instruct students to raise their hands to indicate that they want to share what they
are thinking.
 Remind students that when others are talking they should show respect for them by
listening attentively.
 Record students’ answers on the board.
 Correct any syntax errors made and have students repeat sentences with corrections.
 After the speaking activity is over, make the students record their responses in
their notebooks.
