12. TANESCO reserve the rights to disconnect a customer in the event of any breach of these conditions

I the undersigned occupant of the above premise(s) have read, understood and accepted all conditions of power supply including
the above and hereby undertake with the company to take a supply of electricity at the above premise(s) in accordance with the
company's general conditions of supply for the purpose detailed above and agree to pay for such supply at the company's
