90-100 CLAYSTONE: medium to dark grey, slightly brown grey, firm to moderately hard, commonly soft and light grey due to bit action, sub-
blocky , slightly to moderately calcareous, locally slightly silty, trace micro-carbonaceous.
Nil-10 SANDSTONE: off-white to white, occasionally pale grey, firm to friable, mostly rock flour, common loose very fine to medium grained
4590 - 4600 11
quartz sand, subrounded to well rounded, moderate sphericity, rock flour calcareous , nil visible porosity, shows masked by OBM.
LIMESTONE: off-white, light brown, moderately to very hard, mudstone, cryptocrystalline, locally slightly argillaceous, nil visible
Tr porosity.
100 CLAYSTONE: medium to dark grey, brown grey, firm to moderately hard, commonly soft and light grey due to bit action, occasionally
slightly blue grey at the base, firm, sub-blocky , non calcareous, trace slightly calcareous, initially usually slightly calcareous, becoming
mostly non calcareous below 4620m, locally slightly silty, trace micro-carbonaceous.

4600 - 4632 LIMESTONE: off-white, pale to light brown grey, brown, moderately to very hard, mudstone, cryptocrystalline, locally slightly 24
argillaceous, nil visible porosity.

SANDSTONE: off-white to white, occasionally pale grey, firm to friable, mostly rock flour, trace loose very fine to fine grained quartz
sand, subrounded to well rounded, rock flour moderately calcareous , nil visible porosity, shows masked by OBM.
Note: LTOBM on cuttings seen as – dull yellow fluorescence and pale white cut fluorescence
Notes:
1. Weatherford Mud logging:
Personnel – 2 x Data Engineers, 2 x GC Tracer Engineer, 2 x Mudloggers, 1 x Sample catcher , 1 x Performance Coach (1 X Sample catcher off rig
02/11/13)
Gas systems – CVT Gas Trap, TG and Chromatograph calibrated 25/10/13; GC Tracer Gas, re-calibrated & function tested 28/10/13
H2S Sensors – shakers, drill floor – checked & calibrated 27/10/13
1500gpm total flow through Coriolis system mot exceeded
2. Schlumberger D&M:
Personnel – 3 x MWD/LWD Engineers, 2 x Directional Drillers
Tools currently available on rig: 3 x PowerDrive, 4 x ARC tool, 2 x Telescope, 3 x Sonic
12 ¼” x 14 ¾” directional BHA: 12 ¼” PDC bit, PowerDrive RSS, MWD/LWD ARC, Telescope, SonicVision, 14 ¾” Rhino Reamer
12 ¼” x 14 ¾” Directional BHA Offsets: PD GR – 2.33m, PWD – 8.06m, Res – 8.77m, GR - 8.82m, D&I – 16.19, Sonic – 26.64m

Memory hours remaining: ARC – 667, Sonic - 136
4. Pore Pressure:
PP Engineer arrived 27/10/13
Increase in estimated PP to 4632m to 10.8ppg EMW based primarily on Resistivity Deep log trend. Dxc data trend from 4600m parallels Resistivity trend
Trace blocky rounded cavings seen at 4570m. No cavings below this depth
Shale Density: 4610m – 2.04g/cc, 4620m – 2.22g/cc, 4630m – 2.0g/cc
No connection or pumps-off gas events seen below 4592m, no drilling engineering events apart from static losses recorded at flowchecks
5. Biostratigraphy:
1 x Biostratigrapher, 1 x Technician left rig 02/11/13
Biostratigrahical analysis indicates a tentative Early Santonian age at 4620m. The overlying Late-Mid Santonian may be condensed or cut out
