Report Period from 00:00 to 24:00 hours: Drilled ahead 12 ¼” hole from 4592m to 4601m. Observed drill break of 30m/hr, circulated BU from previous
connection. Drilled ahead 12 ¼” hole from 4594m to 4625m. Observed drill break of 35m/hr, flow checked well on trip tank with 4.8bbl/hr losses. Drilled ahead
12 ¼” hole from 4625m to 4632m. Circulated out previous flow check pumps off prior to connection. At 4632m, circulated BU prior to connection. Pore pressure
analysis indicated estimated formation pressure increase from 10.5ppg EMW to 10.8ppg EMW from 4620m to 4632m. Discussed forward plan with town.
Circulated weighting up mud to 11.2ppg, no losses observed. Circulated weighting up mud to 11.5ppg. Circulated to establish dynamic loss rate, 3bbls lost in
15mins. Took MWD survey. Flow checked well with 4.4bbls/hr loss rate. Pumped OOH from 4629m to 4437m inside 14” casing. Flow checked well as static. RIH
12 ¼” BHA from 4437m to 4440m.

 Increase in estimated PP to 4632m to 10.8ppg EMW based primarily on Resistivity Deep log trend. Dxc data trend from 4600m parallels Resistivity trend
 Trace blocky rounded cavings seen at 4570m. No cavings below this depth
 Shale Density: 4610m – 2.04g/cc, 4620m – 2.22g/cc, 4630m – 2.0g/cc
 No connection or pumps-off gas events seen below 4592m, no drilling engineering events apart from static losses recorded at flowchecks

5. Biostratigraphy:
 1 x Biostratigrapher, 1 x Technician left rig 02/11/13
 Biostratigrahical analysis indicates a tentative Early Santonian age at 4620m. The overlying Late-Mid Santonian may be condensed or cut out

6. Comments:
 Top Petronia Group / Mudstone at 4564m MD, -4531.6m TVDSS based on interpretation from Subsurface Team
