country or outside the country.
I would like to apply for PhD Program in “Management Science and Engineering” and also would
like to research in the topic “Analysis on econometric growth in China”. I like this major because,
the study of economics in world situations as opposed to the theory of economics.
It is the application of economic principles and theories to real situation and outcomes.
There's more than one reason for the slowdown. A rapidly aging population, a falling birth rate, a
tightening Federal Reserve, and a slowing global economy have combined to put the brakes on
China's economy.
As China's economy has matured, its real GDP growth has slowed significantly, from 14.2% in 2007
to 6.6% in 2018, and that growth is projected by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to fall to
5.5% by 2024.
As geographers, we need to understand the factors responsible for China's economic success.
Labor supply. ...
Wages and unemployment. ...
Female participation in the workforce. ...
Political system. ...
Strong leadership. ...
Free market economics. ...
Export-led growth. ...
China's GDP grew at 6.5 percent year-over-year in the third quarter of 2018. China's growth rate has
slowed since the double-digit rates before 2013. Its economy grew 7.8 percent in 2013, 7.3 percent
in 2014, 6.9 percent in 2015, and 6.7 percent in 2016.
The Chinese economy will continue to grow, despite going through a challenging period right now,
said a US businessman at the 2019 World Economic Forum's Annual Meeting of the New
Champions, also known as the Summer Davos Forum, in Dalian, Northeast China's Liaoning
province.
A decrease in domestic demand in China can adversely impact the world economy and slow down
global economic growth. The United States is one of the countries that is likely to be affected by a
slowdown in the Chinese economy because of the expected decrease in the export of goods and
services to China.
The Surprising Ways China Affects the U.S. Economy. China's economy produced $25.3 trillion in
2018, according to the International Monetary Fund. That's based on purchasing power parity which
takes into account the effect of exchange rates.
The socialist market economy of China is the world's second largest economy by nominal GDP and
the world's largest economy by purchasing power parity. Until 2015, China was the world's fastest-
growing major economy, with growth rates averaging 6% over 30 years.
Concerns are mounting that a trade war with the U.S. will derail China’s economic growth —
dragging the global economy with it.
It comes as China’s influence on the global economy is projected to expand even more.
Since its founding 70 years ago, the country’s trade and investments with the world have increased
tremendously.

also attend seminars.
Second year (2021-2022): I will join a research group and do some preliminary research. I will then
finish my graduate proposal under the instruction of my research adviser. This proposal will
probably be related to my preliminary research.
Third year (2022-2023): According to my research proposal, I will carry out research plan, arranged
detailed experiments, analyze the results and modify the schemes. High quality research papers are
expected to be published on international academic journals during this period.

research I will focus on my graduate dissertation and degree defense. I will also pay attention to the
Bangladeshi job market and find position as a professional researcher or teacher any reputed
institution or university.
