RULES & REGULATIONS

1 . Check-in time is 12 noon.


Please present your ID card, Adhaar or Driving License upon Check-in.
By Law visitors must present personal documents for hotel records.

2 . Check-out time is 10 am
Please inform the reception if you wish to retain your room beyond this time, Half day
charges will be applicable till 6 pm.
The extension will be given depending on the availability.

3. Pets are not allowed in the Resort

4. Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms


when going out. If Guest is occupying the Room for more than One day, Housekeeping
will give service when guest is available in the Room.

5. Damage to property
The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the
hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are
responsible.

6. Restaurant Timings:
Breakfast is served between 8 am to 10.30 am.
Lunch is served from 11.30 am to 3.30 pm.
(3 pm is the Last time to order food)
Hi-tea is served between 5 pm to 6 pm.
Outside Liquor & Eatables are not allowed.

7. Swimming pool is operational from 8 am to 6 pm.

8. Music time for any function is 10.30 pm. After which it will not be allowed
RULES & REGULATIONS

Management's Rights
1. It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a
respectable
manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel
premise.

2. The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate

his/her
room or other areas of the hotel forthwith, Without previous notice and
without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound
to vacate when requested to do so.

Government rules and regulations and application of laws


1. Guest are requested to observe, abide by confirm to and be bound by
all
applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations in force
from time to time.
Covid ‘19 Protocols
1. Thermal screening or temperature checks during Guest check in.
2. Hand sanitizers dispensers at entrance & all public areas.
3. Social distancing and wearing a mask is compulsory for all Guest.
Terms & Conditions

Booking: Subject to availability. Confirmation via email.


Payment: Full payment required at booking. Secure processing.
Cancellations: Full refund if canceled 7 days before arrival.
Refunds: Processed within 10 business days to original method.
Modifications: Requests 7 days in advance, subject to availability.
No-Shows: Full charge if no-show without prior notice.
Privacy: Personal data protected; not shared except for
booking/payment.
Liability: Limited to booking amount. Not liable for force majeure
events.
