covered under this accidental insurance plan:

●​ IPD cover: Up to ₹1 lakh


●​ OPD cover: Up to ₹5,000
●​ Income Protection Cover: ₹500/day (up to
30 days)
●​ Temporary Total Disability: ₹525/day
(maximum ₹50,000, applicable after 3 days)
●​ Helmet damage: Up to ₹500 (if
hospitalized overnight)
●​ Mobile damage: Up to ₹2,500 (if
hospitalized overnight)
●​ Ambulance cover: Up to ₹2,500
●​ Accidental Death & Permanent Disability
Cover: Up to ₹10 lakh
Q. What OPD medical expenses are
covered under the insurance plan?​
A. You can get reimbursed for OPD medical
expenses up to ₹5,000 for yourself, your
spouse, and up to two children.

app by going to the specific claim and
clicking on “Track Claims.”​

A. Click on Profile >> Medical Insurance.​
You will find your E-health card on the first

Q. What to do in case of an accident?

A. We are here for you 24x7 in case of any


unfortunate event. If you meet with an
accident, please follow these steps:

1.​ Contact Us Immediately: Use the


Zomato Emergency Hotline to reach out for
immediate support.
2.​ Avail Free Medical Treatment: Use your
cashless insurance card to receive medical
treatment at network hospitals.
3.​ Compensation for Loss of Pay: If the
accident is serious, you may be eligible for
compensation for lost wages.

ticket from the Help Centre, and we will get
back to you promptly.
Q. How to avail cashless treatment?

A. Follow these steps to avail cashless


treatment at a network hospital:

1.​ Visit an Acko network hospital listed in


your app.
2.​ Provide your UHID number or E-health
card at the hospital’s insurance help desk.
3.​ Mention that ACKO General Insurance is
the insurer and FHPL is the TPA.
4.​ Fill out the claim form provided by the
hospital (if required).
