The report of this assignment will address about the organization products and its services, also
the methods of advertising online and on how the organization it will have engage into projects
where not used currently can be engaged into the system of the company and many scenarios,
which will be detail accurately down below.
BEST BUY
It began in 1994, during the handing of Geek squad in the early days, that this man where humble
and draw themselves into agents, who were using bicycles to supply and deliver computers. The
logo of the Greek squad was white meaning as a symbol for them to be well known in the services,
but after sometime its success and become one the best companies in us at round 2004. Then
after that it expanded into Canada and influence to other countries for their retail business of
selling electrical devices and other technologic gadgets in their store place. This has been like until
today, that it has still maintain the journey the of influencing as a shopping company for the last

 The following are some of the initial products and services from the
organization.
 For instance, some of the propound initial products for the
consumers are printed as follows, technical devices, home
furniture, wearable technology and musical instruments, as a blue
print for the company’s enterprises and vital commodities. Also,
the company purchases services in order to enquire more
demand from their customers and these services can be done by
installation process of technological devices, supporting computer
systems and repairing of gadgets.
 The following are some of the current services and products introduced
in the organization.
 In this case, current services have been implemented such as
installation of technical devices, supporting computer systems
and repair of gadgets, also the introduction of new products have
been revolted in the organization such as digit smart homes, small
applications for phones and instituted electronical laptops of AI
systems.

then the initial products and services.

for electronic devices and advancement for the products and its
services has brought a wide range of consumers and inspiration,

For instance, our organization began and started this kind of

transaction. This type of model it has occupy and develop through
expansion of products and services in the organization, in order to
show a blue print to the customer and influence more internal
relationship and trust among them. It has catered a range of
customer’s needs and desire for the company to become more
productive and sufficiency in the organization.

 It is when a company conduct its products and services to other
businesses for more influence and expansion. For instance, our
organization has number of partnerships like Adobe, Dell and
many more companies, there have obtain this kind of relationship
in order to widen spread market along the global business
competition. This type of ecommerce business model it increases
efficiency among companies in the mist of trading reality. In this
case, companies relay ordering strategies with other companies,
in which it helps to reduce errors and maintain accurate trading
procedures. Also, cost its minimized for the company to save
some of the expenses, duel to different association with other
organization for negotiation of better and sustainable prices,
which are engaged on the market sales. That’s why our company
has also adopted this type of business model, due to the evolving
strategies and development from the model.

 It helps customers to have greater convince allowing them to
shop at any time in any place, without visiting a store, in which

in our organization.

customer, as a matter fact, helping the organization to obtain
influence and fame as an aspect of popularity for the company.
b) Video advertising
 That video ads are used in most services on the internet, such as
websites, social platform media or video streaming on YouTube,
in which it has inspired and sustained the company’s growth and
impact on digital marketing business.
c) Email marketing
 It conducts emails of promotion to the list of subscribers on a
website. For instance, this form of advertising it is also used in our
company, but for them optional receivers of the promotional
email, as it is utilized strategy for online advertising in an
organization.
 The following are some of the scopes and effectiveness of these types
occurred to implement online advertising in our organization.
 A social media advertising method it has a broad scope for the
company, that highly targets audience who are mended or
considered in the context of behaviours, demographics and
personal interest, rather than email advertising, that it is
specifically depends or relies on subscribers’ interest, leading into
less broad of advertising the company’s brand.
 But the company it has obtain full capacity and effectiveness, dual
use of online advertising in the organization, as a matter of fact,
the use of social media advertising has brought traffic drive to our
website, in which generating of leads and building or
implementing a brand awareness it has been accomplished and

can provide valuable and relevant content to the customer, in fact, it
will help our organization to attract and engage potential consumers
and also it will influence drive traffic to our website and improve
search engine ranks for the company. It will help also the company to
have more visibility in the search engines and attract more traffic
drives to our websites.
 Influencer marketing
o It’s an eMarketing form that involves partnering with bloggers in
order for them to promote products and services for an organization.
For instance, if this type of form would be used in my company, it will
help our organization to become much wider in terms of influence
and build brand awareness, by the partnership of bloggers mainly
from social media, who can have large number of followers and can
anchor a lot of those audience to get valuable content about the
company’s advertising forms and its potent development on a global
market. It also will construct credibility and trust with its targeted
audience, by the influence of the blogger, who always maintains
respect towards his followers, in which it will influence his followers
to respect and trust what the influencer portrays on social media
platform, so that they can promote and support services and
products sponsored by the blogger of an organization. (emarketing

1) Creating a customer journey map from our organization
The following are some of the ways on how a journey was created for the customer
experience depending on the supply chain from our organization.

 Firstly, we will define the customer’s persona, either by looking on what the
audience prefer or intend to persuade from our organization. As a matter of
fact, this helps the customer to obtain awareness of the company’s products
and services, through the absence of advertisement, social media influence or
word-mouth communication, basically to the explore the content for the
organization.
 Secondly, we provide the base of search engine platforms, that the customer
will journey in order to find out, what the organization offers to its customers in
the journey. This will elevate the customer to gain more content on the supply
chain from the organization, and influencing the task of suitability to the
customer’s basic interest from the organization.
 Thirdly, purchasing can be downloaded if the customer is willing to compile and
accept the terms and conditions rented for the customer to address and
continue to persuade, the requirements needed in order for transaction
process to be implemented and accounted, either online platforms or in stores
from the company.
 Fourthly, after the customer obtain and compete the requirement to be
engaged in order for the process to be competed, then our organization will
actualize delivery processes, that undergoes deploying of products and services
to the customer, through shipping or in-person-delivery.
 Fifthly, then after sales-services for the customer, then our organization will
decide to provide help and gladly assistance in terms of customer service and
warranties, in order to maintain and obtain trust from our customers and
improve awareness of the company’s reputation and dignity.
2) Evaluating a stage of the customer’s journey can face intense failure and ways to
overcome the supply chain.
 The delivery stage has high impact of bring failure to the supply chain for the
customer’s journey. It can be by either delay delivery or defected products of
enterprises from the company, for instance, our organization have been having
this kind of problem for a long time, duel to the absence of improper
implementation for the products and miscommunication with the customer
about their purchased delivery.

 Firstly, using effective communication procedure, either by informing the
customer about the issue and always contributing updates on the current
status. This will stand as a resolution in order to maintain and implement trust
and loyalty from the customer, so that partnership relationship can still be
embraced and implied to the consumers, in order for them to understand the
company’s supply chain and its limitation.
 Secondly, modifying the supply chain of the company. For instance, this ability it
will help to prevent or avoid similar issues, that can occur in the future times,
either by improving communication from the suppliers and embedding quality
control measures, that can facility and confront these challenges occupied in
the supply chain of the company. Also, it enhancing inventory levels as a higher
solution possibility to overcome this delivery stage process of customer journey
on the supply chain from the company.
 Thirdly, monitoring and evaluating the supply chain, so that the company can
find time to examine and decode its performance objected during the supply
chain for the customer. This approach of monitoring and evaluate the issues of
failure in the supply chain of the customer journey, it will help to identify the
potential issues and improve the situation as an opportunity to overcome the
failure instituted by the current approach of the supply chain constituted in the

organization.

company’s products and services, making consumers to increase
loyalty dependence and retention to the organization. The usage of
voucher and rewards it has helped our organization to obtain loyal

change and installation system of rewards on their daily base of life.
 It brings attraction to new customers
o It can attract new customers in an organization, duel to rewards and
vouchers cots the attention of many consumers to easily submit to
the company’s products and services. For instance, our organization it
has brough in more customers than before, duel to these rewards
and vouchers been introduced in the perimeter of attracting and
persuading the delicate of the company’s ambition to have more
customers and influence.

o It can be used as an exchange for the customer’s data, through the
offering of vouchers and rewards by a company. In fact, the exchange

information of the customer. This operation it will help our
organization to collect valuable information of the customer, and also
