We are a firm of Real Estate Consultants; we have the instruction of our client Messr
HEZEGOVIN LIMITED of Plot 28, Iganmu Industrial Estate, Iganmu Surulere, Lagos on whose
behalf we write this letter of intent.

Our client is an indigenous haulage and logistics company, duly registered and practicing her
trade in Lagos for about a decade now. Due to its business activities in and around the ports
there are growing needs to secure a large space to accommodate the smooth operation of
the company to serve Lagos in particular and Nigeria as a whole.

Following our recent inspection of the above captioned property, we hereby formally
express our client’s interest, willingness and capacity to enter a lease subject to the terms
and conditions of your authority which may be “subject to contract”.

Steve Ajose Street, Kirikiri Town, Apapa, Lagos.
Purpose /Use: Trailer Park and garage and Container Terminal
