Adhd Wheel

The ADHD Wheel is a self-assessment tool that allows individuals to rate their satisfaction and ease in various life areas on a scale of 1-10. A score of '1' indicates significant challenges, while a '10' reflects high satisfaction and ease. Users are encouraged to visually represent their ratings by drawing lines across the wheel's sections.

The ADHD Wheel

Rate yourself in each category on a scale of 1-10, depending on how easy or

difficult the area is for you. The number "1" at the wheel's center means that this
area is challenging for you, and you are not satisfied with this area of your life. A
"10" is the highest number at the outer edge of the will. A "10" would mean you are
satisfied with this area and it is easy for you. Complete the wheel, writing the
numbers 1-10 in each section. Draw a line across each section from spoke to spoke
at the number you indicated.
