1 Since Handwriting plays a pivotal role in obtaining good marks in English subject, so write atleast
one page daily to improve your writing. ( 20 Pages )

2 Revise lesson 1,2 from book Flammingo , short question answers , long answers. Learn them.

Read the poem “ My Mother at 66 “ taught in the class, Learn question answers Stanza wise.

3 Read the lesson 3 and 4 at home of book Flammingo and learn question answers.

4 Write and learn difficult words of English text book, use them in your own sentences.

5 Write an article on (A) Emerging India / India in the 2035

(B) Terrorism is a threat to tourism industry with special reference to


Pahalgham tourist attack.

6 Your school is planning to publish A School Magazine for the session 2025 . Write a Notice to
inform students giving all details related to it. You are the students Editor of your school.

7 Read lessons from Supplementary book , VISTAS . Attempt Reading challenge during summer
holidays. Try to finish it upto 15th may.

8 Write a Job application to Principal , Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 1 Bhopal, applying for the post of a
primary teacher mentioning your educational qualifications and other experiences in the form of a
BIO-DATA .

9 Your school is going to celebrate its Annual Day. Write an invitation to DIG BSF requesting him to
be the chief Guest of function. Mention day,date ,time venue and other relevant details.

10 Your school has observed a Bagless Day on 11th April 2025. On this occasion many activities were
conducted by the teachers and students. Write a REPORT to be published in the school Magazine.
