department, your observed strengths and weaknesses, problems encountered and
learning experiences.

During my second week of On-the-Job Training at Palmas Del Sol, I


was assigned to both the Food and Beverage and Housekeeping

Problems Encountered I encountered a few challenges, such as adjusting to the physical


( if, any) workload and overcoming my nervousness when dealing with guests.

I learned how to properly set up guest rooms, understood the


importance of hygiene in food service, and became familiar with the
Learning Experience/s tools and processes used in housekeeping. Overall, my first week gave
me a better understanding of the responsibilities in the hospitality
industry and helped me build confidence in a real work environment.
