INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES
1. Candidates must report at the venue at least one hour before the exam and must be seated at least 30 minutes before commencement of the exam.
No candidate will be admitted to the examination Hall without the Admission Certificate (Admit Card).
2. The candidate must take the examination only at the Examination Centre specified in the Admit Card. Failure to do so will deprive the candidate of
any claim for consideration of his/her candidature.
3. The candidate should bring his/her own black ball point pen, pencil, etc.
4. The candidate should not bring any book or loose paper, whether written or blank, inside the examination room except his /her Admit Card.
5. Bags, hand-bags if any are to be kept outside the examination room at his/her own risk.
6. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Entry to the Examination Centre in the intoxicating behaviour/state is strictly prohibited.
7. Mobile phones and other Electronic Gadgets are banned inside the examination room and in the examination center.
8. Candidate must check their allotted room from the seating plan displayed at the Centre.
9. Candidates found talking to one another, copying from any source or attempting to use any unfair means or found in possession of any written material
on their person or clothes or on their seat or causing or attempting to cause disturbance in the examination room or being of unruly behaviour, besides
cancellation of their OMR/Answer Sheet, shall be liable to such punishment as the office may determine.
10. Candidates must sit according to their Roll Number allotted in the respective room.
11. The candidate must furnish the requisite particulars on the fields of the OMR/Answer Sheet in the space provided for the purpose.
12. No candidates will be allowed to enter the examination room after the commencement of examination or leave the examination room without
justification.
13. After completion, candidate must submit the OMR/Answer sheet to the Invigilator. OMR/Answer sheet should be handled with extreme care. No
additional OMR/Answer sheet will be supplied to the candidate.
14. Detailed instructions as to how the questions are to be answered are given on the cover of the question booklet itself.
15. No candidate will be allowed to go to the wash room/ toilet 30 minutes before the expiry of the examination time.
16. Candidate are also advised not to bring any costly items to the examination, as safe keeping of the same cannot be assured. This office will not be
responsible for any loss in this regard.
17. Additional 20 minutes [per hour] Compensatory time will be allowed for candidates applying through PWD category.PWD Candidates are to bring
along a valid Government issued PWD Certificate failing which the compensatory time will not be allowed.
18. Candidates should produce a valid photo identification card (not damaged or smudged) such as College ID, EPIC Card, Driving License, PAN Card,
Aadhar Card, Passport
19. No T.A./D.A. shall be paid by the office for appearing for the examination.
