agreements and tutorials, in addition to your actual testing time. The total appointment length noted in
this confirmation includes each of these components and is not equal to the actual testing time
available to you.
Admission Policy
The first name/given name and the last name/surname must be identical to the first and last names on
the valid forms of identification that you are required to present at your exam appointment or you will
not be permitted to test.
To correct your first name(s) and/or last name(s), please follow the steps below immediately:
Your name will be changed within two business days and automatically updated in Pearson VUE’s
systems. If your appointment is within 48 hours, you may not be allowed to test and you may
need to cancel and/or reschedule your exam. See the Cancellation Policy below.
We ask that you arrive at the test center 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This will
give you adequate time to complete the necessary sign-in procedures. If you arrive more than 15
minutes late for your appointment, you may be refused admission and the exam fees will be forfeited.
You are required to present two forms of original (no photo copies), valid (unexpired) IDs; one needs
to be government-issued with registered name, photo, and signature and the second with registered

- no electronic copies will be accepted. The first and last name that you used to register must match
exactly the first and last name on the ID that is presented on test day. Government-issued IDs must
be issued by the country in which you are testing. If you do not have the qualifying ID issued from the
country you are testing in (except for candidates that will use a European Union ID), an International
Travel Passport from your country of citizenship is required, along with a secondary ID. To view the
full ID policy, including any additional allowances to this policy, please visit
