Supply as per Resolution of Panch Pran, related to Gujarat State, as stated


below, removing each and everything, promoting colonial mindset:

Community Policing in good faith as scouting against colonial mindset:

Supply copies - Status about Bharat Scouts and Guides (BSG) as Public
Authority under the RTI Act, 2005, issued by the Recognising Ministry,
promoting colonial mindset, events and programmes.

Ensuring strict compliance, keeping in view, the provisions contained in Section


2(h) of the Right to Information Act 2005 (Act 22 of 2005). The documents as
under, never uploaded as claimed -

1. Particulars of their organisation, function and duties.

2. Powers and duties of their officers and employees.

3. Rules, regulations, instructions, manuals and records, held by them or under


their control or used by their employees for discharging their functions.

3. Particulars of any arrangement that exists for consultation with, or


representation by, the members of the public in relation to the formulation of
their policy or implementation thereof.

4. All relevant facts while formulating important policies or announcing the


decisions which affect public.

5. Statement of the boards, councils, committees and other bodies consisting


of two or more persons constituted as their part or for the purpose of advice,
and as to whether meetings of those boards, councils, committees and other
bodies are open to the public, or the minutes of such meetings are accessible
for public.

6. Directory of their officers and employees.

7. Monthly remuneration received by each of their officers and employees,


including the system of compensation as provided in their regulations.

8. Budget allocation within the organisations, indicating the particulars of all


plans, proposed expenditures and reports on disbursements made.

9. Particulars of recipients of concession, permits or authorization granted by


them.

10. Particulars of facilities available to citizens for obtaining information,


including the working hours of a library or reading room, if maintained for public
use etc.

11. Such other information as may be prescribed.

Supply all copies as claimed, ensuring uploading in public domain as public


documents.

Supplies copies of Revised rates for accommodation, along with copies of land
allotment, with compliance of terms and conditions, regulating violation,
breaching public trust with bad intention, withdraw recognition of Ministry,
STOP funding to promote colonial mindset.

Supply copies of all permissions, to establish accommodation and kitchen,


within allotted premises to BSG, and to enjoying commercial activities - sale of
state emblem of India, reforming Emblems and Names (Prevention of Improper
Use) Act, 1950 and taking charge of BSG, confiscating all Fixed Deposits by all
its affiliated state Organisations, cancelling allotment of land and building.

Supply copies of recalling all recognition, allotment of land, and funds,


blocklisting colonial mindsets, along with complete list of foreign tours and
visits by BSG berth holders, with impact of colonial mindsets.

Supply complete list of all Bank accounts, and annual report, since last 5 years.
