Job Responsibilities

▪ Making sure that Personal Protective equipment, such as hearing protection, safety glasses, footwear, and

safety helmets are being worn in the workplace.

▪ Ensuring that dangerous chemicals and equipment are properly stored away.

▪ Inspect the work site daily.

▪ Report unsafe conditions to the safety supervisor or senior management.

▪ Preparation of the daily safety report.

▪ Ensure that LOTO is done before the start of work to avoid an accident.

▪ Making daily reports regarding unsafe procedures at the job site and preventive steps to avoid recurrence.

▪ Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Inspection and monitoring of all activities and facilities.

▪ Coordinate with the subcontractor’s safety department from time to time regarding safety matters.

▪ Delivering toolbox talk with the job supervisors daily before the start of work.

▪ Inspection of scaffolds, ladders, trenches, and excavations to ensure safe execution.

▪ Coordination with the client’s safety officers regarding safety procedures on the job site.

▪ Inspection of the work site on daily basis and report to HSE Manager.

▪ Inspection of firefighting equipments and submission of the report to the HSE manager.

▪ Monthly inspection of tools and equipment’s to ensure that color code is done.
