Types of Workflows
A. Attendance -
Corporate Employees -
1. Attendance Regularization – When an employee requests for
regularizing an attendance, related to the past dates, a mail will be
triggered and will flow to the Employee, the Reporting Manager and the
HR.
1a. On Approval - a mail should flow to the Employee, the Reporting
Manager and the HR.
2a. On Rejection - a mail should flow to the Employee, the Reporting
Manager and the HR.
Site Employees -
In any case of Attendance regularization, past or present, the Site Admin
raises the request for the employee, which then flows to the PMO, based
on the approval and rejection a mail should flow the Site Admin and HR.
As per the policies and the violations deductions are to be completed for
the employees on any deviance from the standard attendance policy.
2. Vacation Request –
When an employee requests for a vacation, it should be applied at
least 15 days in advance, a mail should flow to the Employee, the
Reporting Manager and the HR. Based on the approval and rejection,
relevant mails should flow.
Site Employees -
Leave requests and regularization, will be handled by the Site Admin, past
or present, the Site Admin raises the request for the employee, which then
flows to the PMO, based on the approval and rejection a mail should flow
the Site Admin and HR.
Leave application has been requested for [Emp ID] [Employee Name] from
[Start Date] to [End Date].
Request for leave has been declined. Referring to your request to grant
leaves [from date] to [to date]. Unfortunately, on this occasion, we must
decline your request.
