Report on Capacity Building Programme 2025
This three day capacity Building Programme aimed to enhance the professional skills of educators by
introducing innovative teaching strategies, early childhood education techniques, stress
management solutions, and collaborative learning approaches.
Registration, Reporting & Breakfast- Participants arrived at the venue, completed formal
registrations, and had breakfast. This time was used to network, settle in, and mentally prepare for
the day’s activities.
Havan Ceremony – A Havan ceremony was conducted on the morning of the CBP (Capacity building
programme) as an auspicious start to the professional development event. The ceremony aimed to
invoke Devine blessings for the success of the programme and to create a serene and positive
environment for all the participants.
The session emphasized the critical role of play-based learning and creative engagement
in the holistic development of young learners. The session began with an over view of early
childhood development stages, highlighting how children learn best through exploration, imagination
and hands on experiences.

Group Photographs- As a part of the seminar Proceedings, a group photograph was taken to capture
the memorable gathering of all participants, organisers and dignitaries. The photographs served as a
token of unity, collaboration and shared learning.

kindergarten teacher plays a vital role in nurturing curiosity, emotional well-being and foundational
learning.

The programme concluded with a ceremonial recognition of the master trainers and their
contributions.ARO Madam congratulated the trainers followed by the feedback from school
principals reflecting on the effectiveness of the programme.
