Print a day sheet
• A day sheet is a common medical office document.
• It is a list of all the patients coming in for an appointment in a given
day, and provides space for the doctor to enter notes.
• This sheet can be used (among other things) for billing at the end of
the day.

according to the instructions.
• Check your answers using the Answer Key (posted in the Accuro –
Scheduling in Accuro folder, on SLATE)
Practice!
• Once you have booked all your patients and checked your
answers, follow the directions in the Video Demo – Printing a
patient list that includes health cards (posted in the Accuro –
Scheduling in Accuro folder, on SLATE) to generate a patient list
IMPORTANT:
If you are not able to generate the list,
you are still responsible for checking
your patients to ensure all have been
entered and are assigned to you as
office provider.
If you cannot successfully replicate the
steps in the video, you will need to look
up each patient (by last name) and
confirm the details one at a time.
