Venue Grade 7 – Orchid Classroom

School Year 2024-2025

Number of Attendees 9 Parent and 5 Students

Rationale As expected, there were only few parents who participated in the last
quarter portfolio day. Mostly those who achieve high. According to
them they were actually excited attending the said event upon hearing
that their leaner tops in the class.

Objective(s) 1. Conduct a parent-teacher conference for feedbacking of students’


performances.
2. Showcase learners’ output for this quarter.
3. Give recognition to students who excelled and to parents for
unending support.
4. Distribute Learners’ Report Card
Highlights In the morning, parents rendered first landscaping in the respective
areas following in maintaining the cleanliness in their garden backyard
of the school. Exactly 1:00 PM, parents signify their presence in the
attendance sheet and started exchanging of thoughts with the rest of
the attendees.
Short programme immediately followed with their participation in some
parts i.e. prayer.
PSA live birth has been the center of the agenda highlighting its
importance in the checking of forms scheduled the next day.
In their affirmation, they promised to do transactions in getting the
same but did not assure the exact date but within this summer time
frame.
Parents handed down their certificates for being supportive to the
school’s policies, projects, and programs. They even happier when
their learners also received certificates of recognitions as with honors.
Other parents asked the adviser if they can bring the temporary report
card home as their remembrance.
Handing down their certificate of recognition, they were proud seeing
themselves in the pictorial.

Impact of the Activity It has a great impact to the parents for them to motivate more. From
the good performances of their learners, they became more excited of
what the next year can bring to them.
The classroom brought also another factor for them to look for,
because according to them, it gives warmth atmosphere while inside.

Issues and There were always issues facing every quarter. This time, parents
Concerns/Challenges preferred to work harvesting palay taking advantage of the good
weather. So they sacrificed attending the portfolio day.

Ways Forward Bounce back was always the one I have heard from them hoping their
sincerity on this matter, however, not in the present grade level. Next
year may be..

Conclusion With the great participation of everyone, the said portfolio day ended
worth noting. Everybody is being thankful for the good opportunity
extended to their learners.
