RATINGS: Severity Rating Instruction:
1- Unlikely, may not occur (once every 10 years 1- Negligible Each aspect shall be rated according to the probability of occurrence of the aspects and severity of its impacts. 2- Seldom, unlikely but possible to occur (Once a year) 2- Minimal environmental effect The threshold score for significant aspects and impacts 3- Occasional, likely to occur (Once a month) 3- Moderate, minor EMS effect is greater than or equal to 12 (=>12). However, all aspects and impacts with an associated legal 4- Likely, will occur several times (Once a week) 4- Critical, major EMS effect that can be controlled requirement or has a severity rating of four (4) or five 5- Frequently, likely to occur frequently (Daily Occurrence) 5- Catastrophic, Major EMS effect with very restricte (5) regardless of the overall rating, shall be categorized as significant also.
