(Company). The scope encompasses all activities from planning and mobilization to final
handover, ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant installation of mechanical equipment in
accordance with project specifications, international standards, and local regulations.
Lifting and rigging of heavy equipment with certified tools and detailed lift plans.
2. APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS
3. SCOPE
Ezar Engineering shall perform all mechanical installation activities for equipment and packages
at the Mabruk Early Production Facility (EPF), Libya, in accordance with the project
specifications, approved engineering drawings, and applicable international standards. This
includes, but is not limited to, the receipt, inspection, storage, handling, installation, alignment,
testing, and documentation of all client-supplied equipment, skids, and ship-loose components.
Lifting & Rigging: Safe execution of heavy lifts using certified cranes and rigging
equipment, supported by detailed lift plans and risk assessments.
Instrumentation Integration: Installation of cable trays, junction boxes, and wiring for
instrumentation tied to equipment packages.
Quality & HSE Compliance: Adherence to MOO’s HSE standards, API/ASME codes, and
Libyan regulations, including permits, inspections, and as-built documentation.
Ezar engineering is responsible for temporary works, site cleanup, and final handover, ensuring
all work meets MOO’s operational and safety requirements. Any deviations from the scope
