APPLICATION FOR WITHDRAWAL OF THE PRESENT


PETITION ON BEHALF OF THE APPLICANT

Most Respectfully showeth:


1. That the above petition is pending before the
Hon’ble Tribunal and listed on 23.06.2025.
2. That the present petition filed by the Applicant for
the following reliefs:
(i) Sue Moto may kindly be considered, in the

interest of nature and environment.


(ii) In light of the above, the Petitioner respectfully

prays for the following reliefs, appointing joint


inspection team, granting stay on the operation
of unlawful process of animal slaughtering,
spoiling our biodiversity, inviting global
warming, all around the Smart Cities,
establishing legal slaughterhouses as per
demand and supply, keeping in view, Bureau of
Indian Standards and Consent to Establish and
Consent to Operate with Consolidated Consent

and Authorization (CCA), which is a combined


consent under the Water (Prevention and
Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, the Air
(Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981,
and the Hazardous and Other Waste
(Management and Transboundary Movement)
Rules, 2016 - FSSAI licenses and other
approvals of the State Committee for Slaughter
House:
(iii) Issue directions to the Respondents to
immediately implement Regulatory compliance,
issued by the Animal Welfare Board of India as
attached as ready references.
(iv) Direct the Respondents to compliance of
compendium of all directions issued under
Section 16 (5) of Food Safety and Standards
Act, 2006 regarding re-operationalization of
Food Safety and Standards (Licensing and
Registration of Food Business) Amendment
Regulations, 2021, including stunning before
slaughtering animals, poultry and marine life
and CCTV video footage being gross
negligence in overall supervisions.
(v) Basic Requirement for an Abattoir, issued by

Bureau of Indian Standards, never be seen,


during inspection by the State Animal Welfare
Board / State Pollution Control Board and State
Committee for Slaughter Houses of Gujarat.
(vi) Mandate the installation of dry rendering
plants and blood coagulators to prevent

environmental pollution and improve hygiene


standards.
(vii) Impose appropriate penalties on violators
under the provisions of the National Green
Tribunal Act, 2010, and other applicable laws.
(viii) Pass any other orders as deemed fit by the

Hon’ble Tribunal in the interest of justice and


environmental protection.

3. That the present OA is lying under the objection


and the Applicant wants to withdraw the present
OA as he wants to take other legal remedies before
the other competent authorities for his reliefs.

PRAYER:
It is therefore most respectfully prayed that the Hon’ble
Tribunal may allow the Applicant to withdraw the
present OA in the interest of justice; Or
Pass any other/ further order in favour of the Applicant.
