1.1 Water Chilling Unit
Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of water cooled packaged Screw
Water chiller machines each having a capacity of 190 TR at chilled water inlet/outlet
temperature of 12.22°C /6.7°C, suitable for operation on refrigerant R134a each
comprising of the following complete as per
specification and as required

Screw type single/multiple compressor semi hermatic complete with automatic


capacity control, safety switches, speed increasing gears, forced feed lubrication system
etc. as per specifications.
Single suitable capacity squirrel cage induction motor with class 'B' insulation
suitable for operation on 415±10% volts, 50 Hz A.C. supply one for each compressor. The
starter for the motor shall be VFD type
Necessary drive arrangement.
1 Set- Lubrication Device consisting of automatic electric oil pump, oil cooler,
head tank, oil strainer, automatic pressure regulating valve, oil heater, oil heater
thermal switch etc. as per spesifications.
1 No.- Matching shell and tube water cooled condenser of M.S. shell and integrally
finned copper tubes.
1 No.- Matching shell and tube flooded type chiller of M.S. shell and integrally finned
copper tubes.
1 Lot- refrigerant piping fittings, valve and accessories to inter connect
compressor, condenser, chiller and expansion valve.
1 Set- Microprocessor based control pannel complete with accessories as per specifications.

Lot- Refrigerant line accessories comprising of safety valves, angle valve, liquid line
indications, liquid levelcontrol etc.
Lot- water flow switches at inlet and outlet of condenser & chiller, water drain and air purge
valves wherever required.
Lot- Suction line and chiller insulation with minimum 19 mm thick polyvinyl nitrile
rubber insulation finished with 0.63 mm thick G.S.S. cladding complete as required.

Lot- Frame work for mounting the above condenser, chiller, compressor and motor with
base plate complete with antiviberation pads/ springs.
Lot- Initial/First charge of refrigerant gas and compressor oil.
Unit shall be tested at the factory.
As per IGBC requirement, COP of water cooled Screw chilller should not be less than
6.1

2 Pumps
2.1 Primary Chilled Water Pumps
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of End Suction back pull out centrifugal
chilled water pump set factory assembled and tested for rated efficiency with
mounting, supports etc if required. Controllers and all accessories related to pump
operation shall be incorporated. Each capable of delivering specified flow rate complete
with following as per specifications & schedule of equipments.

a. Pump with IP 55 S1 duty TEFC induction motor with class F insulation, IE-3, PN 12
(Minimum required).
b. Pumps shall be suitable for operation on 415+/- 10% Volts/
3ph / 50 Hz/AC power supply.
c. The pump characteristic shall be as follows:
d. Complete set system to be mounted on a common MS
base frame, all required fittings & accessories including coupling, coupling guard,
vibration isolation arrangement by means of rubber type mounting, foundation nuts,
bolts complete as required & as per specification with
following capacities shall follow following duty.

Water flow rate = 456 GPM (1724 LPM) Head = 15 Mtr.


Motor = (As per IGBC requirement, pump power should be equivalent to 22 W/gpm or
2.1.1 equivalent to BEE-3 star rating whichever is stringent) Primary Chilled water pumps as
described above (2 Working + 1Standby).

2.2 Secondary Variable flow Pumps with Pump mounted VFD and sensorless/
with sensor technology Pumping System

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of End Suction back pull out centrifugal
chilled water recirculation pumps each capable of delivering specified flow rate
complete with following as per specifications & schedule
of equipments.
a. Pump with IP 55 S1 duty TEFC induction motor with class F insulation, EFF-1,
PN-12 (Minimum required).
b. Pumps shall be suitable for operation on 415+/- 10% Volts/
3ph / 50 Hz/AC power supply.
c. The price will include sensorless/ with sensor technology controller and all accessories
related to parallel sensorless/with sensor technolgy based operation, necessary
software and networking hardware and software for integration and compatibility with
BMS (BACNET/modbus Protocol).

d. All pumps to be provided with pump mounted integrated


VFD's (UL listed, IP-55).
e. Factory Fitted Control box & VFDs in the Panel with Sensorless controlled Operation.
Controller should be supplied separately to maintain the redundancy of variable
control in the system. Controller should be offered
with IP 54 protection.

f. Complete set system to be mounted on a common MS


base frame, all required fittings & accessories including coupling, coupling guard,
vibration isolation arrangement by means of rubber type mounting, foundation nuts,
bolts complete as required & as per specification with following capacities shall follow
following duty.

g The pump characteristic shall be as follows:

Water flow rate = 456 GPM (1724 LPM) Head = 25 Mtr.

3.0 Condenser water Pumps

chilled water pump set factory assembled and tested for rated efficiency with
mounting, supports etc if required. Controllers and all accessories related to pump
operation shall be incorporated. Each capable of delivering specified flow rate complete
with following as per specifications & schedule of equipments.

a. Pump with IP 55 S1 duty TEFC induction motor with class F insulation, IE3, PN-
12 (Minimum required).
b. Pumps shall be suitable for operation on 415+/- 10% Volts/
3ph / 50 Hz/AC power supply.

The price will include sensorless/ with sensor technology controller and all accessories

4.0 Plate Heat Exchanger (PHE)

Supply, Receiving, storing, loading, unloading shift, fixing in position, Installation,


Testing & Commissioning of single pass PHE for Hot Water System - The plate heat
exchanger consists of a pack of corrugated metal plates with port holes for the passage
of the two fluids (both fluids are water) between which heat transfer will take place.
The plate pack is assembled between a fix frame plate and a movable pressure plate and
compressed by tightening bolts. The plates are fitted with a gasket which seals the
interplate channel and directs the fluids into alternate channels. The plate and the
pressure plate are suspended from an upper carrying bar and located by a lower
guiding bar, both of which are fixed to a support column. The required Capacity & temps
are as follows:

PHE for comfort Heating

Capacity : 300 KW
Water flow rate = 229 GPM (868 LPM)
pressure drop across HX not to exceed 20 ft or 6 meters .
Hot Water inlet/Out temp for Primary Side.: 50/45 Deg C

5 Make up water tank

Providing and fixing UV stabilized PVC water storage tanks, for 500 lit. capacity, of
the approved quality including making solid supported base as per instructions and making
all connections to the tank as required to make the
tank functioning in all respects .

6 FRP Cooling Tower


Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of FRP cooling tower CTI certified of
2880000 BTU/Hr heat rejection capacity with FRP water basin, PVC fillings with integral
louvers and drift eliminators complete with hot water basin either fitted with spray
nozzles or having self rotating sprinklers, statically and dynamically balanced axial
flow fan provided with VFD direct driven or driven through speed reduction gear box
with TEFC induction motor of class F insulation, efficiency class IE-3, suction screen,
make up- quick fill arrangement, over flow and drain pipe connections with valves
and suitable inspection ladder, access arangement for cooling tower interier,
cement concrete foundation, steel/masonary supporting structure, anti vibration
mountings etc. as per specifications and as required.The cooling tower should be equipped
with the following:
(a) Efficient drift eliminators that reduce drift to maximum of 0.002% of recirculated
Water volume for counter flow towers and 0.005% of recirculated water flow for Cross-flow
towers.
(b) Makeup water meters.
(c) Conductivity controllers and overflow alarms. (2 working+0 standby)

7 Heat Pump
Supply Instalation,Testing, Commissioning of packaged energy efficient Air to Water Heat
Pump made with water resistant materials and capable for outdoor installation.
Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Micro Processor Controlled, BMS
compatible Air to Water Scroll Heat pump delivering actual capacity as per the
following parameters duly installed at site. The Heat Pump should be complete with
Single/ multiple hermatic scroll compressors , Thermostatic/Electronic Expansion
Valve,recirculation pump, braze plate type (ANSI SS316) primary heat exchanger, CIP
(Clean In Place System), Inbuilt Primary circulation Pump, anitvibration rubber mounts
with factory assembled with Electrical panel mounted on the heat pump including the
disconnect switch suitable for 50 Hz, 3 Phase, 415 volts, AC supply. The vibration
isolators shall be shipped alongwith heat pump from your works. Heat Pump should be
capable of generating Hot Water upto 55ºC.

8 Air Handling Units


8.1 Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of AHUs factory built, chilled water Double
skin thermal break panel AHU complete 4 / 6 / 8 row cooling coil (As per coil selection
by manufacturer) made of 43 mm thick panels consisting of G.I casing of
thickness 0.6 mm outside and 0.6 mm aluminium inside layer with factory injected
PUF injected between them by injection moulding machine, complete with fan section
with Plug Fan and VFD with specified MMwg static pressure as detailed below,
cooling and heating coil section as mentioned below with aluminum finned copper tubes,
filter section with air filters, drive package with required nos. of TEFC drive motor IE-
3 Efficiency suitable for 415 ±10% volts, 50Hz 3 phase, A.C supply, drain
connection, drain pan necessary vibration isolation arrangement, Mixing Box etc complete
as required as per specifications and drawings capacities as given below,

(1) The Air velocity across the filter should not be more then 500 FPM.
