Dear Sir/Madam,
We have great pleasure to inform you that the Nagpur District Badminton Association under the
aegis of Maharashtra Badminton Association is organizing YONEX-SUNRISE
MAHARASHTRA 1st JUNIOR UNDER-19 STATE SELECTION BADMINTON
TOURNAMENT 2025 at Nagpur from 25th June to 29th June 2025. The venue will be
Dhanwate National College Indoor Sports Training Center, Dhantoli, near Ajni Railway
Station, Nagpur-440012.
However, depending on number of entries, additional courts may be utilized.
The following event will be held for the tournament:
1. Boys Singles Under-19,
2. Girls Singles Under-19,
3. Boys Doubles Under-19,
4. Girls Doubles Under-19,
5. Mixed Doubles Under-19

All entries should be sent online (www.mbasso.in) duly approved by respective District
Secretaries of Affiliated District Associations of Maharashtra Badminton Association.
The Draws and Fixtures for the tournament will be displayed on the Maharashtra Badminton
Association’s website http://www.mbasso.in under “Current Tournaments” on home page and
also at the venue by 24th June 2025
You are requested to kindly circulate this information to all concerned players from your district
and ensure their participation. We also request the players to participate in large numbers and
make this event successful.

1. ENTRY DETAILS, IMPORTANT DATES & DRAW
PROTEST The fees for lodging protest of any kind shall be ₹ 5,000/-
This fee shall be retained by the Organizer of the event. Any
protest shall be addressed to the Org. Secretary in writing
within one hour after completion of the match or 4 hours
before commencement of the match.
SHUTTLE YONEX AS-2 Shuttle will be provided.

DRAW The Draw will be made at the venue in presence of
Organizers and Players one day before the start of the
Tournament. Referee and Organizing Secretary will confirm
and inform the timings of OPEN DRAW.

2. CLOTHING REULATIONS AND MEDIA
REGULATION The BAI Competition Regulations and General Competition
(Condition of Play) Regulations shall be applicable.
In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Tournament
Referee will be final.
CLOTHING AND This tournament will strictly enforce the Clothing as per
ADVERTISING BWF norms.

FOR USE OF PHOTOGRAPHS Organizer full television and motion picture rights, including
permission to film players and members during all matches
and activities around the Tournament, for any commercial,
news or other purpose together with the right to transfer such
right, including without compensation.

Note:
1. Entry fees to be paid in cash at the Venue before the match.
2. Only the entries from www.mbasso.in will be accepted.
3. This tournament will be conducted as per the rules & regulations for tournaments as laid down by the
BWF, BAI & MBA. The decision of the tournament committee will be final and binding on all players.
4. Each Competitor must report to the Hon. Referee on his or her arrival at the venue of the tournament.
Player failing to report on the court when called by the Hon. Referee will be liable to be scratched.
5. Players must not leave the tournament hall without checking the fixtures of their next match, put on
notice board & tournament software as well.
6. Line Judges may not be appointed for the matches. Players will have to work as line judges when ever
called for by the Tournament Officials.
